I cannot recommend enough. I never ever thought that I would have entered the journey and ended it in the way I have. It’s not ended but it’s continuous. My counsellor Iain was amazing and I felt nervous first engaging but he made me feel at ease and that he fully supported me from day one. As the weeks went on I learnt so much about myself and through the programme I learnt how to gain control. If there is any person wondering if they should reach out and try then I would say you need need to take the risk because for me, I feel so much more like myself and I wouldn’t have got here without the support. Thank you Iain and to Luke too/ i am a product of how this works.

Had an initial consultation which eventually felt like a pressure sales situation. I tried asking for the prices upfront but wouldn’t get an answer so I answered the questions and when I was at my most vulnerable the very expensive price list was read out to me. When I explained I couldn’t afford it the talk was all about payment plans and credit cards, the compassion very quickly disappeared. It’s a very well marketed company but I would avoid even a consultation.

This program is different! Having a 1-2-1 councillor is very powerful. You feel very lonely when fighting addiction. having someone to talk to who has lived experience is very empowering! That alongside the online course lessons and tool is a great combo to accelerate recovery! Luke is also a very likeable guy, you will shed some tears and have a chuckle many times throughout your recovery journey.

Very understanding, your not judged and what they get you to look at makes a lot of sense

This program acknowledges that we are dealing with our triggers in our daily routine so where's the point in removing yourself, going to a rehab centre only to arrive back in your old routine with all the same old triggers? This trains you how to deal with them, why you ended up becoming vulnerable in the first place, multiple tools to use in all that you'll face going forward. An effective, non-invasive, inspiring, positive approach to getting control back.

Luke has been a massive help and very supportive . I never wanted to do therapy sessions , but once I got to know Luke a little bit more , I felt very comfortable talking to him . I never felt uncomfortable or pushed to talk about things I didn’t want too .
I can honestly say it was a very nice experience to have the one to one I so desperately needed .

Ross has been totally amazing. He has got to know so well over such a sort period of time. Made me feel so at ease which has made me be open up and address the dark places I was in the past. Luke and the team have been great at helping me to get to the root cause of my addictions. There very professional and supportive and have made it that little bit easier for me to reach out and realise that I’m not alone in my journey.

The program has been fantastic
I have had some extra sessions and now been going for 11 weeks
I have stopped drinking cocaine weed and cigarettes all of which I have been doing for over 30years minus the weed which has been on and off over the years

This is a really well thought out programme, the steps are perfectly paced and gives you strong tools to change your behaviour of thinking. Ross as a counsellor is outstanding, I felt really understood, right from the beginning something clicked where I now couldn't imagine going through the journey with anyone else.

This is an oustanding course that is so different than just doing other online courses. I would recommend doing the full course with all the counciling
Speaking to somebody every week brings accountability to you and your addiction.
I feel i have a clear path and a clear understanding of my behaviors and being responsible for them and accountable

So far like has made me feel I can trust him very understanding and over all made me feel like Im going to bet this addiction also comes across a Friendly person whom I can trust it’s been a pleasure to work with him, trust me wen I say trust him he will get u though this Im on week six and I’ve not drank for 3 week now feel very good and on the right track for once in my life, pleasure to talk with him

The Inside Addiction programme helped me understand the causes of my addiction, gave me tools to reduce my alcohol consumption and helped me reimagine my life without my addiction. It has been associated with a dramatic improvement in my life and in my success both in my personal life and at work. Ross, my therapist was consistently warm, kind and understanding while also pushing me to become a better version of myself.
