The vacuum cleaner stopped after less than 6 months of use. It looked to be the battery so I ordered a new one but that did not fix the problem. I asked customer support if I could return it and they said no. I asked if I could order a new charger and return it if that did not fix the problem but I was told items purchased from them could not be returned. I threw everything in the garbage and bought another vacuum from a competitor.

WHATTS APP NUMBER FOR COMPANY DOESNT WORK, VACUUM BROKE AFTER 5 MONTHS, DOESN'T SEND FREE GIFT LIKE STATED IN BOX, WONT RESPOND, DOESN'T HONOR WARRANTY, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS A FAKE FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY THAT DOESN'T EXIST AND MAKES A WEBISTE WITH NO ADDRESS OR WAY TO REACH THEM THEY ARE ALL FAKE DO NOT BUY A VACUUM FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE OR RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS

Used mine twice, now it displays 85% and won't run. Customer service sucks, won't answer phone, won't respond at all! Don't buy from them, their just ripping people off

Battery died within 2 months and luckily they sent a second. Before the year was up, the battery died again and won't charge. Meanwhile I bought another for my friend. Now they won't answer the phone or my emails. Please buy from a more reputable company.

If I could give a negative review I would! By far the worst customer service I have ever had. Bought a vac from them and it lasted just a month before it stopped working. After 2 weeks of emails I have gotten nowhere. They have not taken the item back, given me a refund or offered to fix it as it is under warranty.
They take forever to respond to messages and their product is made cheaply. Save your money and buy something better. They'll just waste your time with questions and after you have answered them repeatedly you go in a loop over and over again! Sent them multiple photos and video and they ask for the same thing again and again.
Terrible !!
Stay away from them and don't make the same mistake as I did.
A waste of $149!!

Inselife. Lousy customer service. No way to contact this company. My vacuum cleaner needs a part that is not on website so I need to talk to a rep to see if I can purchase the part. They do not answer their phone nor will they call you when you email them thru website that you need help. Do not ever buy anything from this company
I can’t even file a complaint with better business bureau because they have no address on website or in Manuel. I now own a $200 boat anchor!

Lasted about 2 years with using it once every week for about 30 minutes. Battery died, it's the electronics. Buying a new battery is 50% of the price of the whole vacuum. I doubt I'll but from them again.

My vacuum was still under warranty contacted them several times by email and messages they said they would be in contact with me on reply very poor customer service

My vacuum cleaner died after six months and they would not do anything even though it has a one-year warranty. Do not buy this brand. You’ll be sorry.

I bought a inse s10 cordless vacuum from Amazon. It was delivered on time. I've only used the vacuum a couple of months before the roller brush stopped working. I understand that it is a machine and machines break down and you fix them. Inse has a website for replacement parts. The one thing you can't get is the motorized roller brush attachment that are sold out of. Which you really don't need the whole unit, you really only have to have the roller brush inside the motorized unit. I've tried going on the website numerous times to get the whole unit but it's always sold out along with all the other models roller brush units. Which tells me that they're having issues with the design of the motorized roller brush. What I can't rap my head around is why on earth would they not just sell the replacement roller brush as well as the whole unit. At least then people could use the product they expected to last more than a couple of months.

I bought a S6 cordless vaccum and after 3 months it stopped working properly. Something is wrong, so I have written to the support mail of Inselife two times but I have got no response.

I adore this little inse vacuum!! It’s so easy to drag up and down stairs and whip out quickly to clean up messes.

We got this as a gift for our grandmother as her regular vacuum was becoming too heavy for her, this one is light! She absolutely love it!
