Great service!
The team at Inscension were wonderful to deal with the entire time. The provided a "sorry for the inconvenience" refund when our product was delayed (that I didn't ask for), and then very quickly provided a full refund when it our pendant was received as it was unfortunately damaged. Everything above board and easy. I'm sorry we couldn't wait for another pendant to arrive as we were about to put our house on the market. Don't stress if you live in Australia - they were great to deal with.

Ce site est une arnaque, le colis a mis un temps incroyable à arriver . Finalement j’ai reçu un vilain colis du fin fond de la Chine avec une 50aine de timbres. J’avais commandé le plafonnier Siram environ 500€ , sur le site Inscension. Le site est magnifiquement trompeur, et indique que le design est d’Amsterdam. La qualité n’est pas là , tout est en mauvais plastique et les leds ne fonctionnaient pas. Impossible d’être remboursé : Il faut renvoyer le colis à ses frais en Chine et sans certitude de remboursement. J’ai tout jeté à la déchèterie .Ce site est une véritable arnaque très bien organisée . On ne m’y prendra plus. Je n’achèterai plus qu’en boutique ou sur des sites connus de longues dates. Soyez prudents si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argent.

The shop looks fancy and European but you get a cheap product shipped from China with about 100 Chinese stamps on the box.
What is delivered is sub-standard. I ordered a white pendant light and a received a tan product with no cord as advertised.
Not fit for use in my home, expensive and disappointing. When I asked for a refund, no response. Don’t buy from this vendor under any circumstances.

Throughout the process, we received excellent guidance in choosing the right designs for each space. The team was attentive, professional, and genuinely supportive.

i ordered a pending lamp, described as a high quality silk, i waited for over a month, and received poor quality lamp, not even similiar to the one i ordered, and the worst thing is that u cannot send it back on their cost... and if u decide to send it back u have to pay a lot since its a chinese product, nothing to do with netherlands

Es un timo, dicen que es una empresa noruega, pero el paquete vine de china. Las calidades nada tienen que ver con la foto. Si quieres devolverla la tienes que enviar a china y el importe lo pagas tu

Extremely overpriced poor quality

Vorsicht vor schlechter Qualität aus Fernost!
Einer der schlechtesten Online Shops, die ich bisher erleben durfte!

Ich habe dort drei Bilder bestellt, ohne zu wissen, dass diese aus China kommen. Ich habe mich von den Bildern auf der Homepage und den Preisnachlässen blenden lassen.

Tatsächlich waren die Bilder recht schnell da. Als ich sie ausgepackt habe, musste ich allerdings feststellen, dass die Drucke sehr schlecht waren. Da man ein 30 tägiges Rückgaberecht hat, wollte ich die Bilder zurücksenden. Auf mehrmalige Anfragen wurde erst spät reagiert. In der Antwort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Rückgaberecht für Artikel im Sale nicht gilt.
In der EU sind Verkäufer im Onlinehandel allerdings verpflichtet ein 14 tägiges Rückgaberecht einzuräumen. Also habe ich Fotos von den mangelhaften Bildern gemacht und erneut um Rückerstattung der Kosten gebeten. Seitdem habe ich wieder keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Der Kundenservice ist also ebenso schlecht, wie die verkauften Produkte.

Wow, I absolutely love my modular sofa! I had it custom made in green velvet, and it turned out even better than I imagined. The velvet looks elegant, and the sofa sits real nice and firm. The team provided great service, always quick to answer my questions and keep me updated. Delivery was right on schedule. Highly recommend!

Never got my items. Ordered a month ago. Tracking says Netherlands, i live in USA and every time i check my tracking it pushes back the eta date. Spent 1.5k BEWARE Scam website. Stay far away.
