I ordered a water shaped texture frame, they charged me more than supposed and never received it. It's been a year almost now... And they ghosted me!

Recently, my Art Consultant came across an advertisement on social media platform 'Instagram' for a wall decoration. The price seemed modest, a mere fifteen euros! This caught my Art Consultants eye -- he knows about my exquisite taste and my proclivity for modesty and humbleness. He contacted me, and what he showed me shook me to my core with an overwhelming feeling of whimsy - this majestic piece of refined culture brought me back to the golden days of my youth!

However at checkout, to my Art Consultants great shock and dismay, the price had been stealthily raised to forty-seven euros! Nonetheless, I encouraged my Art Consultant to wire the purchase, for the design was truly irresistible and I would have this masterpiece as the crown jewel of my collection at any expense.

The delivery proved an exercise in interminable patience. It took a full month and a half for the package to arrive. During that month, I'd lay awake at night. The gentle caress of bountiful sleep far from my reach; the crown jewel of my procured art collection still hadn't left the magnificent soil of the mystical and exotic far east lands on which it was created.

When the item finally arrived, I fell to my knees in despair, my oldest and most loyal lackey barely catching me as I fell. It looked peasantly and bore no resemblance whatsoever to the crown jewel that gleamed so brightly when I first laid my eyes on it's deceitful advertisement!

My hands still shaking and barely able to locomote forward, I rushed to my lackey that knew how to use the computer and the world wide web. Together we escalated the dispute into a formal claim, clearly explaining that the item delivered was entirely inconsistent with what I had expended my capital for. Fortunately, the claim was resolved in my favor. I am forever grateful for the exquisite law firm 'PayPal'.

I pray that the charlatans who bore over this scam lose their social credit score.

J’ai commandé sur ce site un tableau en résine “Handmade Water Ripple Sculpture” vendu comme une œuvre artisanale haut de gamme (photo ci-jointe de l’annonce).

Ce que j’ai reçu n’a strictement rien à voir : une simple plaque plastique/époxy basique, mal peinte, sans aucun rapport avec la qualité et la finition montrées sur les photos publicitaires.

Apparement, Le site refuse de rembourser correctement et tente de dissuader les retours en imposant des frais abusifs.

False advertisement! I purchased an embroidered cap (of my dog's face on it) and all they do is put a pixelated sticker. It's basically a scam.

This company is a scam. The "embroidered" hats are just photos pasted on a hat. This is clearly false advertising.

The product I received looked nothing like the one I ordered. Instead of a high quality embroidered cap I received a super cheap printed one. Costumer service wanted to offer me a 6$ refund for the 50$ cap. I'm super super disappointed and sad about this. Do not order anything from their site!

Perfect size and fit. Very comfortable. I’m able to wear them all day without foot pain.

poor customer service

Item damaged in transit and not as described. Their customer service is extremely poor even when trying to lodge a dispute. They offered me 4 USD as compensation for an item that I paid way more for. Customer service extremely unhelpful and would not direct me to any further way to resolve my problem with the item. Overall the worst online shopping experience I've had ever.

Chinese supplier who does not understand how to treat a claim.
I received only 1 item out of 3. The tracking got lost somewhere and does not lead to the reception, but they insist on saying that they shipped all.
They propose me to return the items that I never received at my expense and get 5 euros as a compensation.
Stay away from this merchant!

I wouldn’t give it any stars. I purchased their animal socks. The sharks and alligators are so poorly made and are nothing like the pictures. They are not sized for adults like they advertised.They won’t refund anything! They said they are sorry I don’t like their product. That’s it! I’m so glad I went through PayPal. If I had known this was not in the US I wouldn’t have purchased from this company. They also took down their Facebook page for this.

I prodotti non sono come vengono pubblicizzati nelle foto. Sono di una qualità pessima, le calze non hanno minimamente la parvenza degli animali descritti.
Le spedizioni sono dagli USA e sono lunghe, i costi e i dazi fanno impennare i prezzi.
State alla larga da questo negozio

Poor Quality, not as advertised

ordered items on 7th November. On 5th December I receive last update from courier and I ask for a refund on 15th December. They ask me to wait a couple more days. I ask again a week later and they say they cannot send a refund as my parcel has dispatched.
Blessed Paypal that could help me on this matter

I ordered dark green, hand-knitted crocodile socks from Inputependa. First of all, they sent the wrong socks (other crocodile model). The socks are NOT knitted, just regular thin socks with some poor added fabric as legs & teeth. Do NOT buy, it will only be a disappointment. I wrote a one-star review with a picture on their website, and it was deleted immediately.
