Absolutely amazing dog grooming combs. Normally I doubt insta ads but this is brilliant. Still waiting to check on charging from USA to UK but product brilliant.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company! I placed my order for some 3D Knit Animal Socks on 23rd November. The goods were intended as a Christmas present. As of today (21st January) I am still awaiting delivery of the item. I just keep getting fobbed-off by their "Customer Service" team, who have refused to express courier replacement items, or refund my money. Absolute con artists!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I received a completely faulty item, and instead of honoring basic consumer rights, they are attempting to "negotiate" their way out of a refund.

After reporting the defect, they had the audacity to offer me a pathetic £8 "compensation" for a broken product. Let’s be clear: Under the Consumer Rights Act, I am legally entitled to a full refund for faulty goods. Offering a tiny fraction of the cost is a classic stall tactic used by disreputable sellers to trick customers into keeping junk.

Their customer service is a black hole of automated "24-48 hour" delay emails designed to make you give up. I have already initiated a chargeback through my credit card company and reported them to the relevant authorities.

Prospective buyers beware: If your item arrives broken or incorrect, they will NOT help you. They will try to low-ball you until you go away. Save your money and shop elsewhere with a legitimate business that follows the law.

Got caught here good and proper price advertised then when yo come to.pay they add VAT and carriage making item cost almost double

Took almost 6 weeks to arrive. The products look nothing like the photo on the website. Customer service is really bad, seemed like AI response. Luckily I was able to open a case with PayPal and get a full refund. Seller tried to share a tracking number to make it seem like they were trying to resolve the issue, but it took another 20 days to arrive.

A very dishonest company, they advertise a thing and sell the opposite, and when you have an issue with the item they don't process your refunds.

Shocking quality, stolen photos and description from another website. Offered a £2 refund and told that the product was as advertised.

This company rips off images from bonefide websites and what is sends our bears no relation to the images on site. They offered a £2 refund when I complained! I went through PayPals claims to get a refund which I successfully got today. (Without having to pay to return to China!!) They know exactly what they are doing scamming customers all over the show. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I recently received an intriguing suncatcher and writing tablet, which took a whole three weeks to get here. While the packaging ensured everything stayed intact, the reasonable price matched its remarkable quality and creatively thoughtful design quite well.

Absolutely appalling website- scam! DO not purchase anything from here, the clothing is NOTHING like advertised, they tried to charge me extra and then when I wanted to return the items within the 14 day period as stated in there website would not let me not provide returns address! Cheap, Chinese scammers DONOT BUY!!!!

This is a corrupt site, my order was for a jumper and a fleece of extremely poor quality arrived. I took the photos for the return as requested and they have offered me £2 refund. I cannot believe I have been scammed

This is a scam company, you WILL NOT GET THE ITEM YOU PAID FOR. I ordered the asymetric jumper and reveived a fleece thing that is titally unwearable. Ive spent over a week via email trying to return and get a refund.
Please do not be fooled by the videos and photos, they are stolen from the real websites.

I bought an asymmetric jumper, terrible quality really huge and a cheap fleece material, not as advertised. Not able to get my money back. Total scam.

Bought a jumper from here..it was free size..it was massive when it arrived ..ridiculously big...on the model it looked like a very stylish off the shoulder bat wing jumper in a fine knit..how wrong was I..its made of a very cheap fleece material and was very poor quality. Please avoid this company.one of the worst products I've ever bought online
