Very poor service! In a 4 month period I had to phone 5 times and each time had to wait at least 1 hour before speaking to someone and 2 hours on one occasion. After all that and sticking with them for years thinking I was getting a good deal because of my Costco membership, I got a quote from a local insurance provider and ended up saving nearly 300 per month!! Very disappointed in Inovas ability to provide service and especially competitive rates, they just kept going up and up and up. Horrible!!

Premier appel, pas de réponse bien sûr. J’attends… pas d’information sur le temps d’attente. On va vous rappeler.. pas de rendez-vous à une heure approximative. Après plus d’une heure d’attente, je me décourage et je demande d’être rappelé. Mon téléphone sonne deux heures plus tard. C’est Inova mais impossible de répondre à temps puisque le téléphone n’a sonné qu’une seconde. Je rappelle et demande encore d’être rappelé. Même chose, l’agent ou l’agente.. ne laisse sonner qu’une seconde, j’imagine, pour passer au suivant.
Franchement, je paye mes assurances sans défaillance mais vous, c’est la catastrophe!

Absolutely HORRID customer service. I had an issue, called on July 30 asking to speak to a manager. I was told a manager would call me back "within 2 hours". After a week, my wife and I contacted no less than 5 times, still no manager call. Now August 9, still no call.

They keep increasing the price of very year no matter you had claim or not!
They don’t help you when you need!
So you are only paying for nothing every month and feeling that you are insured but not!!!!!

It is great service when you first join. Very helpful etc. Once you are a customer. Very different story. Tried to get our side by side covered on existing policy. 2 weeks with serval messages with no response. So we went with another company. Then tried to get a vehicle taken off a policy. Sold on Thursday one week. One hold Thursday for an hour and 20 minutes. Hung up. Then tried Friday over an hour each time called. Monday tried again another hour and 45 minutes waiting. Tried to do online but will not let me register. Tried emailing no response. Tried calling again. Another hour. Then tried chat. no help at all told me to book online which I did finally but appointment is 4 days away. very poor service. You can not even speak with a human. would not recommend at all. Not worth the time spend for whatever savings you get. Difference for us was only $50 bucks. Do not recommend

The agents name Janae answered the phone not very enthusiastic or sounds happy. She not able to assist me the same day to get my house insurance set, it took her 3 days to called me back.

However I decide to called Inova mainline back, the broker name Jaskaran the one answered the phone. He is friendly and very helpful, he helped me to get a better rate for my house insurance. He get everything set for me at the same day.

I’ll be renewing my cars insurance soon and I’ll definitely contacting him back. This 5stars review is for him, he deserved it.

I had a chance to speak with one of their brokers over the phone Named Mike Nunes, he sounded rude initially he gave quote with $4000 for year and after sometimes he changed his mind and said it will be $7500 and when I asked him why he pretended he didn’t hear me and hung up.I would never recommend Inova Insurance to anyone because of this rude broker.
