Efficient handling of claim and regular updates of progress received

My insurance company didn't uphold my claim, despite my providing video footage. They didn't attempt to contact the at-fault driver either, so I thought that was that.

I was introduced to Innocent by my body shop guy, and they got everything sorted out for me including a like-for-like hire car. There is a bit of repetition between the departments, but that is a small price to pay really.

Very happy with Innocent and would recommend to drivers in a similar situation.

The claims handler (Cathy) was propactive and professional.

She made the whole process smooth and stress free, despite the guilty driver contesting the damage caused to my vehicle.

When somebody ran into my car on the Monday morning commute i was sure that it was a sign of a really bad week!
But thanks to Bex @ Innocent driver this was not the case!
Having dealt with car insurance companies in the past i was dreading potentially years of hassle, going bsckwards and forwards trying to settle the claim.
With Bex, this was not the case!!
She was friendly, professional and explained exaclty how everything was going to work right from the beginning so i was never left wondering 'what happens next'
By the next day (Tuesday) I had an absolutely amazing hire car, a brand new VW T-roc R line, which ensured that i had no loss of earnings due to not being able to get to work!
It is now Friday, only the 5th day since the accent and i have already recieved a very fair settlement offer for my car, which i have just accepted.
This process could not have been any easier, a quick converation with bex here or there to provide details or some picutres and its sorted already!!

I cannot reccomend the serivcei have recieved enough and i know that from now on, other than to renew my policy, i will never have to talk to another car imsurance company again.
