From first contact to me receiving my payout from the other parties insurance and the whole claim being done and dusted it took less then 4 weeks considering the many months insurance companies usually take

Thank you so much to Bex! Honestly, the hard work she has put in to my case to ensure my car was sorted after it had been hit and the driver tried to put some of the blame on me when it really wasn't any fault of mine. Bex went above and beyond and really took a lot of the stress away, chasing/dealing with insurance companies, organising with the repairs garage and sorting out a hire vehicle so that it didn't affect too much of my week whilst it was being fixed. Very fast at responding to any queries or worries I had. It is such a relief to have my car back fixed. The communication from Bex has been outstanding, and I would definitely recommend Bex and Innocent Driver to anybody else that has been unfortunate enough to be in the same position as me. I was very pleased with the service from Innocent Driver. They were proactive from the start and coordinated everything, from getting the other party to confirm liability to arranging car repair and hiring a replacement vehicle. The only issue I had during the process was getting the other party to verify their responsibility in writing, which they eventually did. The whole process was pretty painless. The only real admin I was required to do was provide details of the incident and ID for the car hire.
