I had a great experience and felt save to fully give into the kundalini session. Giuseppa and Ting guide me perfectly through my journey intuitively they gave me exactly what I needed.

I had a great experience with Beppe and Ting with a Kundalini Activation. The session was well prepared and I could easily relax and let go. When it became more emotional Beppe and Ting supported me I'm a loving, caring and soft way. Absolutely recommended!

Ik ben gister voor de tweede keer geweest. Mijn eerste keer Kundalini heb ik zelf heel positief ervaren. Ik moest tijdens de sessie veel huilen maar wist zelf niet waarom ik aan net huilen was. Na de sessie moest ik wel aarden maar was wel zen. Vrij snel merkte ik dat veel dingen in mij leven op zn plek begon te vallen. Mensen met een negatieve energie verlieten vanzelf mijn leven en lieten mij hierna ook met rust. Mijn relatie is heel snel in een positieve manier veranderd naar een goede en serieuze relatie. Op werk kreeg ik een vaste contract en meteen een dikke auto. Ik zelf ben veel positiever, rustiger en rustiger geworden. Het heeft mij geholpen naar de volgende hoofdstuk in mijn leven. Hiervoor wil ik graag Ting en Beppe bedanken 🙏🏻❤️

Ik ben tot nu toe twee keer geweest. Mijn eerste keer dat ik er heen ging zat ik ontzettend in een zware tijd met veel negativiteit en stress. Tijdens de kundalini heb ik zelfs gehuild en na de sessie heb ik nog eens een week gehuild, omdat ik echt de bodem had bereikt, maar de weken daarop ging alles super goed ik voelde me vrolijk. met mijn carrière ging ineens alles goed. Mensen met negatieve energie kwamen minder in mijn buurt en ik kreeg een boost van zelfvertrouwen. Ik kreeg feedback van mijn omgeving dat ik zoveel positieve energie uitstraalde en mensen op mijn werk vroegen mij ook hoe ik zo positief in het leven kon staan, ondanks de tegenslagen toch altijd vrolijk en optimistisch. Het heeft mij zo goed geholpen dat ik besloot voor de tweede keer te gaan en dat heeft me ook prima bevallen. Bedankt Ting en je team voor de kundalini. Ik zal zeker voor de derde keer langs komen❤️

It’s amazing how it works also as Review.
At the time that Music played, I was totally relaxed , a Lot of thoughs came up but smell away. I could breef totaly free and it smells Like Threes & woud.
After the Music stoppen I saw then that you used these . Thanks a Lot Beppe and Ting for making me aware of this.♥️🤩

Da ich gestern nicht live dabei sein konnte, habe ich mir gerade Aufnahme angeschaut.
Es war mehr wie beeindruckend.
Während die Musik lief, kamen etliche Gedanken hoch, aber schmelzten einfach dahin. War total entspannt und konnte sehr tief ein und ausatmen. Bei Musik hatte ich sehr intensiv Geruch von Holz & Bäume, sah dann danach das Düfte verwendet waren. Bin sooo Dankbar dass ihr mich von diese Sinne bewusst gemacht habt. I had a beautifully powerful session with the amazing Beppe and Ting. After listening to them talk about their practices and offerings I did a spinal energetics and talking to the chakras session.
I was amazed at how powerful the session was and how I was able to surrender to the release. I booked this for the intention of relieving persistent emotional difficulties, neck and back tension and emotional blocks. It was a powerful session that relieved my neck tension and allowed me to release a range of emotions.
They were both so nurturing and held a beautiful space which was safe and healing

I recently had a spinal energetics and talking to the chakras(TTC) Session with Ting and Bheppa. I have to say I was very nervous and skeptical as I had never done this type of energy work before. What happened was one of the most incredible healing experiences I have ever had, and it was truly profound. I immediately wanted to do another session. My intention for the session was letting go of fear and things that don’t serve me, and I could energetically feel my energy, move and change and release from some heavy heavy burdens I’ve been carrying for many years. This was absolutely amazing and I am very grateful for this new path that they have opened me to! Thank you so so much! Highly highly recommended!

Het is voor mij de eerste keer. Ik wist niet wat ik kon verwachten.. hier en daar wel eens verhalen gehoord, maar ik wilde met een open mind er in gaan. Ikzelf had eerste keer beetje moeite met concentreren op mijn ademhaling. En wilde het te graag en zat te wachten. Dat moet je dus niet doen.. ik had wel het gevoel gehad dat ik even weg was in een andere wereld.. alles ging als een flits als een film voorbij. Als je aan me vraagt wat ik zag.. dat weet ik niet meer. Na de sessie kon ik alleen maar aan één ding denken. Een vette hap 🤣 iets vettigs eten, en heel veel slapen. Dat heb ik normaal nooit. Ik zou absoluut nog eens de kundalini willen ervaren. Een andere level bereiken en mezelf volledig laten gaan. Ting en Guiseppe gaf me echt een gerust en veilig gevoel. Kan niet wachten tot mijn 2e sessie!

I would highly recommend The Inner Freedom team for people who are looking for guided breath and emotional release work. I’ve had many trauma’s for which I have been treated, quite successfully to a certain extent, even with EMDR. However I could shake the feeling that there were still some unresolved issues that weren’t fixed yet with the regular treatments and the EMDR that I have had.
I met ting and Giusseppe through my own work as a physio and had the opportunity to do the breath work with Giusseppe.
I was used to some breathing excercises and cold water plunges but this was something else entirely. Through guided breathing I was able to connect with my inner self and felt emotions coming. I had visions of people whom I’ve lost, and was able to ask them things and reach out to them, which gave a huge sense of relief.
My body reacted aswell and I would at times make movements of my own or reach out to the people i saw in front of me and it would feel like I hugged or touched them. I could also address them verbally and get a response. After the session I felt a big sense of relief and felt much much lighter.
For anyone looking for emotional release work, or breath work with guidance, I would highly recommend the Inner Freedom team.

I recently had the opportunity to participate in a Spiritus Breathwork session led by Beppe, and I must say, it was a truly transformative experience.

As someone who wasn't quite sure what to expect from the session, I approached it with an open mind and heart. From the moment I entered the space, I was met with a sense of warmth and safety, which immediately put me at ease.

As the session unfolded, I found myself diving deep into my inner world, guided by Beppe's gentle voice and expert facilitation. Through the rhythmic breathing techniques, I was able to access profound states of consciousness and unearth buried emotions and memories.

What struck me most was the moment of clarity I experienced, where I was able to pinpoint a childhood trauma that had long been buried within me. With Beppe's guidance, I was able to confront and release this trauma, allowing for a profound sense of healing and liberation.

The session left me feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply connected to myself on a soul level. I walked away with a newfound sense of clarity, purpose, and inner peace that continues to ripple through every aspect of my life.

Beppe is such a great facilitator. He made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I really enjoyed his way of approach because he added in some humor and that made me feel more comfortable. His guidance was amazing. He was truly present and I felt safe and seen. Thank you Beppe!

I did a session with the facilitator Beppe, a very lovely guy. He explained during the introduction a bit what it was about, without too much talking, but enough to let go expectations and surrender to the experience. It felt a safe space to try this out.
Furthermore, it was a positive experience which is very personal of course. I felt a deep relaxation and a moment of letting go unnecessary load. I will definitely do it again, I’m a few weeks from now.

Professional procedures and clear process.
The breathwork session was wonderful and provided me with a calm and peaceful state of mind and being afterwards. Loved it.

I have been mesmerized by the experience. I was very skeptical at first. But I tried it to be supportive of a friend. I only had the curiosity to discover something new. The team was kind, professional and very supportive.
During the debrief, before starting the section, they guided me through the whole process. I felt that my "barriers" were slowly coming down.
The whole session lasted an hour, but it felt like 15 minutes.
I felt safe to "let go" and following my "guide" I had the unique and hypnotic experience of connecting with my inner self.
I will do it again!

Hele fijne sessie gehad met Ting. Was trouwens eerste keer dat ik zoiets heb gedaan. Kon echt al dagen niet slapen, zat niet lekker in me vel. Na haar sessie , kreeg ik meer nachtrust dan eerst en voelde me anders... meer opgelucht , minder gestrest.

Beppe & Thing gave me a beautiful energy transmission called “talking to the chakras” and I’ve had the privilege of having them both use their magical energies on me for healing. I’ve been in a car accident nearly 2 years ago and still suffer from TBI. There is still a lot of stored trauma in my body. Through this session Thing & Beppe, were ably go to the deeper layers on how we can move this energy and make it come to the surface for it to be released through the body. I was in deep surrender, relaxation mode during the session and I felt some sensations moving in my head and neck to be released. It felt like a deep stuck tension and ever since I’ve had the session with them I feel really more chilled with this sensations that comes up when I feel too many stimulants happening in my life and it’s easier for me to make the switch into finding the balance and peace. Sometimes it’s difficult for us to see how deep the stored trauma can be on our energetic body, but with this work you can work on those deeper layers in a very beautiful soft loving way. I felt so beautiful held by them both working together, completely dedicated to my healing. It is really beautiful work that they did and I would love to continue doing sessions with them because I feel it really helps to release some of the tention that is still stored. so again thank you so much 🙏🏻✨

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Ting and Giuseppe. An experience that took us into a deep experience, and opened up our minds to this type of therapy. Both of us were able to surrender to the experience, and it gave us an insight into our subconscious.
The following night, we both slept so deep and well, and it was obvious that the treatment has had a deep effect on both of us.

Onlangs mijn eerste spinal session gehad bij Ting. Dit was voor mij een totaal nieuwe ervaring.
