STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE TOTAL SCAMMERS. Do not even visit this shop for they are thieves. I visited their shop yesterday and purchased a bike through the bike to work scheme.Today I received a email with a higher price (obviously they didn't think I would notice) I enquired about the higher price and was told the price was the price.BE WARNED

My friend tried to refund a bike he bought that was faulty, and they woukdnt take it back even though they were at fault. Shit customer service will never come here

Wires not fixed ,light put on bike not ask for no phone call for updated had bike for 7 weeks switch damaged was in good condition when handed over, battery not even charged

Worst experience with this company from start to finish from the receptionist to the manager Lauretta the owner Danny and the warehouse supervisor. They have filled me with lies and empty promises. I’ve order my bike over two and a half months ago and keep getting promised it will be here I still haven’t received my bike. The day I was sending over the payment they had told me the bike was in stock and I’d have it the next day. I called later that day to see if they received my payment to which I was told yes they had received it and then told me the bike was just sold a hour ago?? Hard to believe and now to and a half months later still no bike. The manager Lauretta called me last Wednesday to say my bike has arrived in Dublin after two and a half months and that she will have their delivery driver drop it down to me on Friday (today). I called this morning to confirm delivery she said the driver has the bike loaded and he will be with me later today. the driver then calls me and tells me he had told Lauretta it will be Monday… very unprofessional company and to be told lies from management is a disgrace.

Following the ordeal in previous weeks/months I receive the bike. When I tried out the bike it was actually a different model bike then I ordered.they tried to send me 3 videos to unlock the bike but it’s not working. Im under the impression there incompetent. Now trying to return the bike to het my money back isn’t easy with this company I’ve game them an option to swap it for a different bike. I’ve called numerous times left messages on WhatsApp and getting no reply. Worst company I’ve ever come across.
