Omg, the 30 days in the colive were kind life changing. We're 10 days after the colive and 2 friends have already signed up for the upcoming ones. What else is there to say, you never want to go back to living by yourself once you've experienced the power of a great community.

I did the meditation colive with Innate and it was genuinely an amazing experience. Harry, who founded Innate, was great at ensuring all who took part in this experience were grounded individuals that shared the same values as each other. This led to some great friendships and memories being made. Both of which I will cherish for a long time! Our meditation instructor was incredible and helped us all understand and practice meditation on a whole new level.
I will definitely do another innate experience in the future.

Hands down one of the most wonderful experiences I have had in recent years. If you are looking to connect with open-minded, kind-hearted, fun, adventurous and supportive people and also want to deep dive on a theme, then this is absolutely for you! I was part of the meditation co-live in Lagos, Nov-Dec 22. The location was fantastic, the meditation teachers were world class. The Innate team are really on it - they facilitated an amazing container for connection, growth and so so much fun! I would give more stars if I could.

My month with Innate was much more than I could have hoped for and expected from the experience.

From the incredible mediation teachers, beautifully curated group of people, to the location in Southern Portugal, it was a truly amazing experience.

I'm just over 2 weeks into a co-living experiment designed by Innate, with 30 people in the Algarve, Portugal. We live nextdoor to each other (on a golf course out of season!), meditate every morning and evening with amazing teaching (it is a meditation-oriented month), work on our own projects during the day Mon - Fri and create community. My whole being feels so content and joyful being so close to great people 24/7, and being surrounded by green instead of grey. Harry, who makes Innate happen, is so committed to growing inspiring communities. I absolutely love the people I've met here and I am learning so much. I would highly recommend booking a place on a future co-live with Innate.

I spent a month with Innate in Southern Portugal. It was such a great way to live, work, meet new people and develop a deeper meditation practice. We had a fantastic meditation teacher, went for hikes, played music together and worked on our own projects. It was great to meet so many kind and open hearted people and Im sure Im gonna see most of them again. Ill definitively come back to do another colive experience with the Innate tribe.

I was in quite a busy period in my life so I was hesitant to come first. Since I didn't know if I would be able to have enough time to focus on and spend time with, myself. After giving it a thorough thought, I went ahead and booked anyway.

One of the best decisions of my life.

I don't even know where to start. The place where we lived was absolutely gorgeous. An amazing place in nature, combined with the luxury of the modern world. Waking up surrounded by cows, dogs, and cats around me. It was so easy for me to focus on my work in either my house or in one of the coworking spaces. And in my breaks, I would connect with people or go into nature.

The people were just amazing. Like-minded people that were showing up as their sincere selves and open to connect. Open for both small talk and deep conversations. As I mentioned I was focused a bit more on my own space, but as soon as I felt I wanted to be social, it was the perfect environment to scratch my social itch in.

The workshops were top-notch and the organization was as well. All highly qualified people showing up as approachable and friendly humans.

I would recommend anyone that wants to connect with like-minded people, in nature while still being able to focus on their own life to, go ahead and book. You will be happy that you did.

My time with the innate breathwork colive was truly transformative. Meeting people from different countries, cultures and backgrounds with a shared insight or goal was both emotionally and spiritually enriching. I was inspired, I evolved, I recentred. I met wonderful people, doing fascinating things with their lives and can't wait until I can join another experience.

Innate was a beautiful international community of conscious and kind individuals, and I was so grateful to be a part of it. It was wonderful to be close to nature, building a business concept, engaging in daily breath work practices, and experimenting with some of my coaching practices with such an open-minded group of people. I received a lot of insight, inspiration, and encouragement from participating in this experience, and would highly recommend for anyone who might be looking for the same, especially during a transitional time.

Living with people who want to live their life outside of the box, who are in for deep conversations combined with nature is THE recipe for inspiration and growth. Getting outside of your comfort zone with Innate, gives you the opportunity to discover new parts of you in a save environment. I would definitely recommend and will be back next time!

The inaugural Innate colive was an incredible experience.

Set on a beautiful family farm in the rolling hills of northern Portugal, Innate managed to convene a truly unique group of humans.

We spent a month lounging by the pool, tapping away on our laptops and hiking in the sunset. Our days were punctuated by powerful and moving breathwork sessions.

Given this was only the first one, I can only expect things to go up from here. I highly recommend spending a month with the tribe.
