I needed ink for my printer and saw this add for ink on searching google and thought I’d give it a try, I ordered a multi ink pack, the delivery was super fast exactly what I wanted, I am very pleased, I usually get my ink in the supermarket but I will definitely use inkrobot again, very easy to order as well.

Just to say thank you for the very swift turn round of my order and also to say that you have just saved me from the angst of having to buy a new printer. The day was spent yesterday trying to get my stock cartridges going to no avail although the alignment test sheet worked fine. I thought I would have one last try and went to HP on the web only to find that they do not have these cartridges any more. Hubby said give up and get another. Anyway being rather stubborn and hating dumping things I found you and you had what I wanted in stock. Hey presto I am up and running again and just had to contact to say a big Thank You. Nice to know that stubbornness can have a good result sometimes!! Just hope you don’t run out of them if the ink runs out of these!

Always wary of buying "great value" products from a supplier I've never heard of, but totally impressed. Full set of Canon carts, colour & black. Work perfectly, quick delivery and great price. Well done Ink Robot.

I was going to give Inkrobot 5 out of 5, incredibly speedy delivery (I only ordered Thursday afternoon and they were delivered Friday morning) but when I looked at the packets they are out of date. HP300XL colour was Apr 2023 and HP 300XL was Dec 2022. I hope they will be alright but I won't know for a while. I realise the cartridges are cheap but if they are out of date I think it should be mentioned somewhere.

Ordering and delivery was easy and speedy. Even had sweeties included. What’s not to like.

The customer service at InkRobot is second to none. I received my inks very promptly and the price was much better than other companies’.

Everything was ok but after printing a few sheets the black ink was not printing properly although all the rest were fine. I contacted InkRobot and after explaining the problem Eva apologised and sent me a replacement within a day and all is printing as it should. I also received a second sweet! Will definitely use InkRobot again.

I ordered a (genuine, brand new) HP cartridge from Inkrobot. The Amazon price was GBP 48, the Inkrobot price was GBP 33. Delivery was free and very fast. Great customer experience overall.

However... at closer inspection I saw the cartridge warranty date was Jan-2020 (I'm writing this in Aug-2023). Upon inquiring, Inkrobot confirmed that the items are covered by Inkrobot's warranty, which is OK with me. Inkrobot does state this clearly on their product listings, so I cannot begrudge them for concealing important information, because they have actually been fully transparent.

I will probably buy from them again.

Wow, very pleased with the service came extremely quickly was as described the cheapest price I could find and genuine Brother cartridges as shown. I will buy from them again highly recommend them.

I purchased HP338 (black) & HP343 (Tri-Colour) on 1st July’23. Delivery was very good unfortunately the product does not match this. The Tri-Colour did not work and the Black one printed very faint. I purchased the same cartridges from Amazon they worked perfectly. I checked date of manufacture Tri-Colour 2013 Black 2014. HP recommend 18 months shelf life.
I knew the cartridges could be older but 9 and 10 years your having a joke? I contacted their admin department by email on the 11th July’23 to complain and request a refund for faulty products supplied. Guess what this is now 28th July’23 and no reply. I will never buy from this company again
Update. The company contacted me and I have received a full refund. I will consider buying from them again. One piece of advice their quality control department should remove very old cartridges from their for sale stock. Thank you for the refund.

I don't think anyone can be more impressed with ink robots service. Months after I received my cartridges I discovered they were not suitable for my printer. Ink Robot , to my suprise , returned my call , which was a long shot , within half an hour , sent me the correct cartridges by the following day and covered the postage for the incorrect cartridges. How good is that ! Also found Ink robot very lovely and helpful to talk to. I will definitely be using them again . Printer now works perfectly thanks to them ..Great service thankyou. Highly recommended.

Excellent prices for cartridges and really fast delivery. I will certainly look to get my ink from here from now on.

I have been buying from Ink Robot for about two years for a number of good reasons other companies don't have:
They are a genuine and honest company to deal with.
Their prices are the lowest online.
The service in sending the order to me, (one of many customers, I am sure), is second to none.
They complete the order in no time at all and it is posted mostly within one day from receipt of order.
These people at Ink Robot make you feel as part of a family, such is the personal care, certainly from Eva, you can receive from Ink Robot. That is my personal experience. My last order was 27th June 2023 and I am about to place another order in the next couple of weeks.

Yes, they were brand new and genuine HP cartridges as described. But they were brand new in at least 2019 as the HP Warranty ran out in 2020.
They initially caused my printer to completely fail and when I did get them to work the ink has degraded and the print quality is worse than that of cheap 'clone' cartridges.
I certainly will not be buying from InkRobot.co.uk (TJS Exports) again.

Inkrobot.co.uk has responded to my comments and have actioned a full and no quibbles refund. In light of this and their apology I have, as a sign of good faith, committed to purchasing my next set of cartridges from them. Hopefully I will be able to leave a positive review for them.
