Inkle is amazing- I was really nervous about doing the compliance side of my startup but Inkle honestly made it so easy. They responded to my question immediately which was also so helpful and they figured everything out-- in fact they actually educated me on what compliance forms I need which was nice so I was able to get everything in on time. Their interface is so easy it was kind of shocking how easy it was to be honest haha. So glad I used them and hoping it continues to be a really easy experience for the upcoming filings so I just don't have to worry about this side of the startup!

The Inkle team responded to chats promptly and gave me perks since I use Clerky.

There were some hiccups when I tried to enter my info on their app, but their team took care of the issue and got everything filed on time.

Very bad experience — I do not recommend this company to anyone. I missed my tax filing deadlines solely because of this company. Their image is nothing but empty and shallow marketing.

Poor experience, not serious about critical timelines, they lack expertise to handle your taxes and bookkeeping.

Advise: please pay extra and go with better providers instead of Inkle as you may end up paying penalties.

Note: Inkle is offering $30-$100 to leave a good review. Fortunately, not everyone is a sell out

Inkle is a great product and great company, with a great Founder and team. They have made tax filing super easy. Their team works relentlessly to ensure that you don't miss deadlines and are super helpful. They make it super easy to just get on a call to resolve an issue. Anand, the CEO is super hands on as well. Highly recommend Inkle so you can be at ease with your tax filings.

I have been a customer of Inkle for the last 6-8 months through YC and they screwed up every single thing for our account from beginning till now. had signed up for book keeping and annual filings. However, they didn't even start on the book keeping for the first 2 months. Once they did start book keeping, they would delay completion of the books, stay silent without communication etc. They also missed the 1099 filing deadlines. After all the issues, they agreed to refund the amount already paid to them so that I can transition to a different firm. However, they haven't been processing the refund now and are avoiding replies to my messages.

Please save yourself the trouble and go with a proven accounting/CPA firm that has a long history. Inkle is a new player and they keep saying they will learn and improve. But, they do this "ïmprovement" at your expense and you have to deal with the consequences of their bad service.

update on 17th March 2025: now they have messed u p delware franchise tax, i'm getting $50 penalty for each failed payment and payments failed twice now and i'm getting notices from Delaware on the failed payment

update on 24th April 2025: I'm getting multiple messages from the founder of Inkle to modify my review. However, I won't modify as I don't want other founders to go through the same horrible experience I went through and I want Inkle to stop taking their customers for granted.

Inkle makes US compliance effortless. Their chat interface is easy to use, they are responsive and the app is well developed.

Inkle's services are super relevant as a non US based founder of a US corporation. The overall pricing is fair, even if there are some strange details where the cost of some services seem way out of proportion. It feels like it is still a bit of a startup, with some hickups in signup and ongoing services. But still very hopeful for the support I'll get from Inkle.

With India-US structure, Inkle makes US compliance very simple for finance and tax teams based out of India. Filing and deadlines features make tracking of compliances very easy. The chat interface is simple and effective.
Area of improvement - 1) a better call/chat support would be helpful especially for urgent queries/close deadlines
2) Pricing is somewhat standard for most of our filings, would be better to have customized pricing based on efforts level of efforts.

Highly recommend for early stage founders

Inkle manages all our US filings efficiently with advance reminders on portal and email. I guess being a support thing you are never happy if everything goes good but if something goes wrong you are not happy. So I will put Inkle has not made me unhappy yet.!!!

Inkle makes US compliance very simple, esp for companies with Dual structures. Their chat interface is simple, though sometimes it becomes a challenge esp when one has urgent queries.
They do provide access to an extended ecosystem of vendors who can help in other tax/ audit aspects. We have found their CPAs very good, and the other vendors also we reasonably good.
