This company sells used or refurbished defective print heads as new parts. We purchased a printhead and motherboard for a Procolor L8000 DTF printer on February 19th and received it within a reasonable time. However, the printhead was received in a little white box with no plastic wrapping. We found that it was defective. We reached out to a guy named Joel and he basically tells us that they do not accept returns on open parts. He did not attempt to remedy the situation at all even though their policy page on their website indicates that they will gladly repair or replace the item WITHIN 30 DAYS upon receipt of returned merchandise. Order at your own risk and be prepared for poor customer service.

So I reached out as a last resort because I Tried just about everything I could to get my printhead to work, So I scheduled a over the phone consultation and we checked every option to eliminate everything else but the printhead being bad.
So I ordered another one from you guys and you were nice enough to include the wires and no charge. Overall, this was a great experience. They were super detailed and explained everything to me and walked me through all possible scenarios, letting me know that I would need to use this in the future if I continue printing DTF.
I had a ton of questions and all of the responses were very detailed and explained everything to me and they made sure I understood. If you’re having any computer issue’s at least DTF definitely would recommend them and I’m sure I will be using them in the future.

Very disappointed order statement said it would be shipped in 2-3 days but took 6 then didn’t receive everything I ordered got told for 3 days the printhead would arrive then received a refund with no explanation very poor customer service. Absolute waste of my time and cost huge loss of business.

I order a print head is been months at first he gave me different stories than he stop answering my phone calls took $1600 from me do not trust this company

I ordered something and tried to get in touch when it didn't arrive. I attempted to contact them through the phone on the and email on the website but got no answer no matter how many times I tried.

The service was great printer is great, when I needed help he helped me with all the problems I was having I was so stressed because I thought the printer was working but I gave him a call and he helped me get the printer started and walked me through acrorip software if you are thinking about purchasing a printer from him do it because it was a really great purchase

Early arrival and everything was in great condition. Only wish it came with instructions but other than that I’m printing proudly.

My printer came late. When I got it I couldn't use it. The software didn't work for my laptop. When I finally got it to print something the paper feed stop working. DONT BUY THIS PRINTER
