The Delivery Service was fantastic
The Delivery Service was fantastic. The product made it to me in the States without being damaged. Very much appreciated. I was emailed when they received my order and kept me in touch with the process. We haven't got to use the actual equipment yet but I did place a battery inside and its ready for action on our next scheduled hunt. Thank you from "Geo and Chris" on YT and all other platforms.

Alice Box Tusi Word Bank (English) and…
Alice Box Tusi Word Bank (English) and SLS version 1 were both awful 😞. SLS did not work, system malfunctioned all the time, and ended up putting it in the bin. Alice Box needed fixing, and it was found that it only has like 2k words on it at most. It's a lot of money guys for something that's not that great trust me.

We take all customer experiences seriously, though we are unable to locate any record of a customer purchasing both an Alice Box Tusi and an SLS Version 1 in our order history. Furthermore, we have checked all our communication channels (email, phone, and social media) and have no record of any contact regarding these issues.
We would like to clarify a few points for anyone reading this:
• Word Bank: The Alice Box Tusi contains a significantly larger vocabulary than 2,000 words; it is designed to be a comprehensive tool for field use.
• Quality Control: Our units undergo rigorous testing and are built to be robust. It is very rare for an SLS system to 'malfunction' to the point of being unusable without us being notified for a warranty claim.
We are surprised that you would choose to discard the equipment rather than utilize your warranty or contact us for a free repair or replacement.
If you are a genuine customer, please contact us at infraready@live.co.uk with your Order Number, Date and Proof of Purchase. We are more than happy to investigate these technical claims and provide the necessary support or repairs for any authentic Infraready product."

Alice Box/ EMF BooBear
I purchased the Alice Box Tusi version and an emf bear. Andy was absolutely phenomenal with the entire buying process. I had some trouble with PayPal and he tried so many different ways to help me make the purchase. He responded quickly anytime I emailed him. We were able to figure out a solution and the package arrived on Christmas Eve. Just in time for my daughter’s gift. She absolutely loves both items. We definitely will be returning customers.
