Maggie and Johns AAMC walk through videos are super helpful; they taught me how to look at each passage and it was really nice having them breakdown each answer choice. They both scored really high on the MCAT and in these videos they explained their thought process on each section. I communicated mostly with Maggie through emails and she was super kind and always responded to my emails. They are good at simplifying and getting straight to the point I would recommend purchasing their products.

IFD was kind enough to allow for us to have free high yield book! I love all the videos and resources provided, especially since I can’t afford most third party resources. I got the code for the books next day, super straightforward process.

I’m currently studying for my mcat and consider this to be a gem of a company. The creators are very supportive and responsive. I find that videos keep my attention a lot better than textbooks so the high yield program seemed to be ideal. The collaboration with UWorld is great. Everyone that I know that took their mcat already highly recommended the uworld question bank. So this was the icing on the cake for me. The content review, practice questions, and premade anki decks are progressing my studying a lot further the textbooks.

It was very straight forward, I liked that my payment was secure! I was hoping for a hard copy of the book but I guess the digital copy works. I also did not know if I received the Anki cards that came with the High Yield MCAT book, I am not familiar with Anki so perhaps I am just checking wrong. Overall, I would definitely order again.

This is a great resource! I just read over the book and I’m feeling a lot more confident than I did before reading this. Very detailed in its explanation and feels like someone is talking to me directly!

The high yield book is great. I have only read 100 pages so far, but it’s been so helpful. They make complex concepts easy to understand. I highly recommend it!

Hate to say anything negative, but it was unimpressive. I anticipated more examples and walkthroughs of the content. Anyone can make a formula sheet which would obviously include units. The large font is kind of kind of insulting, not sure if that is to inflate the length of the document/guide or what.

Maggie and John provide the sincerest of efforts when trying to determine the best program for you.

I’m only 20 pages deep into the HY book, and so far it seems it’s just as advertised. Will try to update later after finished reading in a few days.
I cannot download the Anki deck associated with the HY content though.

Very well done and thought out

The authors do a fantastic job synthesizing big ideas from the basics sciences and applying them across topics. Plus, the writing is informal, fun, and full of funky mnemonics to memorize important topics.

I have been struggling to keep up with MCAT materials and your channel and the condensed book made me believe that I still have a chance to try MCAT this year.

Really great information for people looking for how the MCAT will ask questions. This book has all the important information you need to succeed and really breaks it down to make it easy to understand and apply!

The bundle is quite good at explaining high yield concepts. However, it is very basic and does not contain content (such as organ systems and brain regions) that would be very helpful to know. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t know where to start on content review. It provides a very good, if non-comprehensive, foundation for people who don’t have a good background for MCAT taking. You can read it quickly and easily, and I definitely prefer it over reading chapters or watching videos. Over all, would recommend to people struggling with content.

The care these two have for those who may have a harder time getting into a rough career (or one more reserved for the upper class) is real!!
