I got sent the wrong item entirely and have been trying to get in contact with someone but no response. None of their provided phone numbers are even in use

I purchased a number of products from this company during the winter/spring of 2026 such as a coat, running shoes, large bag, small bag, and boots. The prices were very reasonable for the designer items and the quality excellent. I was at the new store location and found the set up to be interesting and it easily showcased all of the products. There were sale items also to take advantage of and some items that you would not be able to find anywhere else. I love every piece I purchased and found the owner - Fadi and his brother to be very kind and helpful and made the shopping experience wonderful. You can sit down and relax on the couch and chair in his shop, try things on and take your time and they will not pressure you at all. I am going to go back there whenever I am in the area. Although they are on-line which is a nice option, I personally preferred to go in person to see the clothing and accessories myself. I highly recommend the beautiful shop and you will find their prices are very reasonable compared to other stores in the area with similar products and quality. Check them out if you are in the area, you will not be disappointed. Carol R

Horrible customer service. The return system is deliberately broken. Their website return form doesn’t work, so when you reach out to the company, saying hey, I haven’t heard from you, they say 1) too late, 2) our policy is very clear. The description of the shoe size did not specify UK, therefore it’s .5 of a difference and I am out $177 dollars. The absolute worse and their employees don’t think much of them either. Go read the GlassDoor reviews and avoid!

Edit: They are now using TrustPilot’s services to try and take down my old review. It is July 2026 and they are trying to flag my review saying it’s from a different business. Nope, your business and the customer service rep who ignored my last email to try and resolve this was “James”. If they wanted they could have tried to connect with me and reimburse me, fix it, but they are putting their efforts into this. K.

I signed up 5 days ago, paid 199 euros, and posted a campaign. Absolutely useless—only 27 people applied. I want my money back. The claim that there are 50,000 creators is a lie.

Deliberately ambiguous wording on website with regards to returns policy. Free returns are not provided. Even for items that are sized incorrectly, after significant pushback and complaints to customer service.

I've been texting and emailing them for 7 days straight without getting ANY answer. Terrible service as there have been said earlier!:(
