Well, the features fit my needs perfectly. Nothing to complain about. The support service is noticably fast (minutes) and accurate. They are quick with their responses and seem to be very reliable.
The support team is quick to respond, the servers are stable, and pricing is very reasonable.
I’ve been using their VPS in Phoenix, Arizona for five months and it has proven to be very reliable. The server performance is fast, especially when running multiple websites and small applications at the same time. Their network uptime has been excellent and support replies are professional and helpful. Steady so, dudes!
A very good choice of locations is here. I have gotten my 3d VPS in a new location. I hope you start offering managed VPSes soon because VPS management is painful.

I'm running a 6 vCPU VPS located in the Atlanta Data Center after the upgrade. Most responses are dedicated to the API. The machine gives us good performance enough for the current project running. We upgraded from their 4 vCPU machine. I like this scalable thing here. No extra charge for the upgrade that we completed. This part is good enough. On the other side, when I see the issues with my database or other server resources, I need to contact my developers to poke the settings and the code, since Inet. We support guys says that is out of scope for their supporting services. it takes time to solve.

I have 2 VPS machine in Vancouver. I use them in tandem. One of them is for data and another one is for web application. This allows me not to keep all the eggs in the same basket. I'm thinking about a failover solution, and I think that I should go for the one in Toronto. Their techs helped me to implement my ideas. Thank you, guys! Eventually I have cheaper services than a whole dedicated server.

I placed an order at 1:23 PM and got the email with all the VPS credentials at 1:39 PM. So it was 16 minn for VPS provisioning. Not instant. Almost. Frankly speaking, I'm absolutely satisfied with the services and the performance. They must be using decent hardware suppliers. It is good one.
I have a VPS in the Los Angeles location. I use it for WordPress. Regarding the web hosting part - no issues, and no downtime. Regarding their customer service and billing. I want to say Thank you for the 3-day extension on my January invoice. You saved my website from downtime.
