Thank you for your feedback. Our galette des rois is made with an inverted puff pastry, which contains a higher percentage of butter than traditional puff pastry, giving it a rich aroma and delicate texture. This might explain the buttery scent you noticed.

I discovered Inès Chatti’s creations a few months ago, and I’ve had the pleasure of ordering several of her masterpieces. Everything starts with her exceptional service:impeccable and highly responsive. The delivery is flawless, and both the packaging and her creations are simply stunning. The delicate balance of flavors, paired with the fact that her cakes are never overly sweet, is perfectly crafted, making the experience even more delightful. Truly divine!

EXCEPTIONAL. The word is right. Order easily made on the net then the relay is done by following by WhatsApp. I ordered the QUEEN GALETTE. It is delivered in a very beautiful box. Already this brings a plus. The design on the cake is magnificent with a light gilding on the top which brings its royal side. The taste !!!! Well I can say that I think I have never tasted such a good recipe. The frangipane is crazy with a very good quality of almonds. The butter in the dough is impeccably dosed. In short I stop there. I can only recommend and besides I can't wait to try other delicacies.

Delicious cake / "Galette des rois" …
I ordered three "Galette des rois" to Ines Chatti. She was very responsive, contacted me on WhatsApp to confirm order and delivery location. The cakes were delivered the day after in the morning, they very well presented, in beautiful boxes, and the cake themselves looked awesome. The taste was great, my guests were delighted.
