I don't write bad reviews but I don't want anyone else to have to go through this.
Wilton - the new owner, accepted my payment for a pair of custom IEM's and even received my impressions to get the custom order going. But then completely ghosted me. Didn't even forward the impressions to UE. Visa had to get involved to retrieve my payment.

I also reached out to Ultimate Ears and they mentioned they were having problems with Canada In Ears and Wilton since he took over ownership. They were getting their legal team involved to get him to take down UE representation and break business ties.

Ultimate Ears have been doing everything they can to make this right. They are a fantastic company who have been taking pride in their integrity. Get their product. But get it through a different reseller.

I am a musician, was looking to upgrade my IEMs last February. I called Wilton to discuss my needs and we decided on a model UE18, which he said could be delivered in 30-45 days. I provided the custom impressions and purchase price in advance. The IEMs were delivered today (April) and are excellent in fit and sound detail. Delivery was more like 60 calendar days, and communication was sparse during that time. In the end, I got a great product, at a great price, with reasonably delivery.

I called In Ears Canada in December of 2025 to purchase custom IEMs (in-ear monitors) as I am a musician looking to upgrade my current setup. I had custom molds made at my own expense and gave them and $1000+ to Wilton Neale, the new owner of this company, to have them produced. It is now April 2026 and I have not received any goods from Wilton, nor is he picking up my calls. Upon further research, Wilton Neale has been involved in fraudulent activity in the past (Google him) and at this point, it's not looking like I'll be receiving a refund or the IEMs I purchased. I have made a claim against Wilton in Small Claims Court and pursuing legal compensation. Don't make the same mistake I did - avoid this company like the plague.
