The customer service at Indy Auto Man is always outstanding, and the car was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me find the the car I was looking for. I was very impressed with the service I received at Indy Auto Man. Highly recommend, they care about their customer.

I recently bought a car from Victor and had a fantastic experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive from start to finish. Victor answered all my questions honestly and helped me find the perfect car without any pressure. He also ensured I got a great deal and handled the paperwork smoothly. I have problem for my Titles

Really bad service and then the one or the phone calls nothing

It was easy to communicate with my sales consultant and the guy doing paperwork was great to talk to. Very pleasant. Happy with my 2018 Honda Accord.

They sold me a vehicle that failed the same day! The day I left the dealership the engine light came on. I showed it to the agent who sold me the truck. I asked for the inspection report and have yet to see it to this day. I paid $109 to get it diagnosed at an outside facility, TWO days after purchase. Where it was confirmed the transmission was bad. I then took it to Indy autos own mechanic shop where it was confirmed yet again.
But did they make it right? No they did not.!!
The 7 day exchange is not actual btw!
When I went in on day 5 after purchase to see about the exchange of another vehicle, I was denied.
I will explain what happens.. the system shows you already have a loan out (for the failed vehicle) and then they apply you another loan to buy a whole new vehicle but what happens is no bank is going to accept these terms when they can see you have (example) 25k just loaned out less than 7 days ago.
Then tell you that they can’t get any offers from lenders and it’s because they are trying to take out double loans on your name. It’s horrible business.

The entire advertising is a scam.
Read the fine print. This “business” is great during the approval process as they want you to purchase quickly (they try to slip you papers behind eachother so you don’t see the fine print) but once you purchase you’re s*** out of luck and have to go down the rabbit hole as they do not care that they sell cars clearly not inspected.
To recap…The day I bought the truck the engine light came on. Confirmed transmission needs to be replaced the same day by outside company. I paid for out of pocket. And this dealership did absolutely nothing for me.
Think about that.. you buy a large purchase and something you expect to be reliable only for it to fail literally on day 1. Unbelievable.

Update- December of 25. A year later. Don’t believe the comment below from the company stating they are working on the issue. They never contacted me. They dodged all my calls.

Absolutely professional and welcoming staff! It took less than an hour to complete the paperwork and get my car. I highly recommend it.

I have been working with Indy Auto Man for 10 years now. They are incredibly professional, ethical and they look out for the client. They go out of their way to make client's experience positive and they work hard to ensure they get clients for life, not just for one-time sale.

I purchased a car there in January this was the worst buying experience I have ever had with a dealership and I have bought several vehicles. The price of the vehicle had dropped on the online listing before I was able to get there with the cashiers check and they assured me they would get me a gift card for the difference that still hasn’t happened. I have called and left customer service multiple messages about this with no reply from them or the finance person that promised this refund. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone

Victor and his employees are top notch. I drove 6 hours to buy a vehicle and from start to finish they answered all of my questions, sent me initial walk around videos and photos as well as took me on a virtual ride along. Very smooth deal and I will be back!
