Product is great quality
Product is great quality and looked exactly like it did on the website. Delivery was very quick with no issues. Would definitely recommend this company and their products.

The product is good and looks great but…
The product is good and looks great but I did find the customer service in the lead up to my order slow and not forthcoming with the answers I needed. I had to keep going back to make sense of the answer. It almost felt like a delaying tactic so I missed the sale, which as a result I did. If I could have found a similar product elsewhere, I would have gone elsewhere. I can’t fault the product but I would have afforded it better in the sale!

Poor quality and overpriced….
The quality of the goods is pretty poor - thought I was getting genuine aged brass wire lamp cages but they are just sprayed/painted a colour which looks more like gold - cheap looking and very overpriced. I have good quality aged brass pendant fittings which didn’t cost an arm and a leg from a local electrical wholesaler and they look nothing like them, won’t buy from you again, very disappointed.

The glass is slightly cracked in two of…
The glass is slightly cracked in two of the 3 lamps in part od the pendant where the light bulb goes, and the light bulb stands askew when installed.. Otherwise it looks nice, and I hope it will last for a while,

great products great service …
I ordered many light fittings and they all arrived when expected and packaged very well.
The products are really well made and very robust; really great quality. Only one small pendent holder arrived incorrect but they have corrected this straightway with no hassle for me.

Nice, helpful staff and efficient delivery
Order was delivered quickly. I was given a discount code when I opened the account, but I didn't check my emails before placing the order. I called customer service and without any lengthy procedure, the supporting staff arranged to refund me the discounted amount immediately. Nice and helpful !
