Thank you for reaching out. We understand your frustration and would like to provide clarification regarding your order shipment and delivery timeline.
Your order was placed on Saturday, May 2, which falls outside of our fulfillment hours as stated on our website. Your order was then processed and shipped on Monday, May 4 via standard USPS shipping, which was the shipping method selected during checkout.
Once the order shipped, a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number was sent to the confirmed email address on file. According to the tracking information provided, the package was successfully delivered on Monday, May 11.
If this information is not accurate or if you have not received your package, please contact us by phone or email so we can begin the process of investigating the shipment, recovering the package if necessary, and arranging a replacement if applicable.

The transformer arrived quickly. I tested it and it worked. I attached it to my outdoor lights and it does a great job.
