Indigo Pest Control Anmeldelser

Terry from Indigo came to remove the wasps nest from 2 different sites.

Terry was very professional, courteous and polite and above all did an excellent job with the wasp nests. I have waited a bit to review to be sure the wasps would not return, and they have not. The nests are totally clear.

They do an excellent job and their prices are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them

Matthew arrived promptly and was very respectful when moving around the property between inside and outside areas. He was extremely knowledgable and thorough in his investigation and provided a very detailed report with recommendations which came swiftly a few days after the visit. Alex has been very contactable via phone and email when booking appointments and follow ups.

I’ve used Indigo control company twice now and both experiences have been absolutely fantastic. From the moment I contacted them, their response was great. They respond quickly, the team is efficient, professional, and they clearly know what they’re doing—no fuss, no hassle, just great results.

What really stood out to me both times was how friendly and easy to deal with the team were. The whole team made the process smooth and stress-free, and Christian (who we dealt with on both occasions) takes the time to explain what’s happening and what the results will be clearly. It’s great to deal with people who combine fast service with a great customer service.

Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pest control. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The guy was on time, polite and lovely.
Thank you for your prompt help!

Came round at short notice, Arrived on time, friendly chap, completed job promptly and now we have no wasps nest . Done

Terry was brilliant. On time, super efficient and explained what he was going to do. He also made sure we were aware that the wasps would be more active and angry for a while afterwards and to be careful. Thank you

When we left an answerphone message they answered promptly and offered a same day visit. We opted for the next day and the operative came on the appointed time and was extremely efficient. He did a thorough inspection, spotted the wasp's nest high in the rafters, and dealt with it.

Can't recommend them enough, Matthew came out same day and removed a wasp nest from the roof. Great service.

Great professional friendly service.. quick and efficient.. highly recommend 😀

Always quick to respond, and very knowledgeable and professional.

Prompt, polite & efficient

Very efficient and reassuring. Explained the options and gave me time to think about it before arranging for someone to visit that very same morning. Will use again if need be and would recommend.

Terrific professional advice, very reassured by thoroughness and efficiency. Eddie, who came for the initial survey and later, in particular very knowledgeable and reassuring. He explained everything clearly and in detail.
Rat problem caused by nearby builder’s toilet not being capped off properly now resolved.
On Eddie’s advice, we’ll still remain vigilant.

I can not rate this company more highly. From start to finish Alex and the team have been brilliant. My elderly mother lives alone and everyone she dealt with was kind, patient and extremely helpful. I hope she never has an issue again but is she did Indigo will be the only company we would use.
Thank you Alex you were fantastic

Great service from start to finish, wasp nest located and dealt with very quickly, problem solved!

Christian located the two wasp nests dealt with both of them, removed the one which was accessible all within 25 minutes of arriving.

Edward knew exactly what he was doing.
Very through and alleviated any concerns

Have used Alex at Indigo for many years. Always receive prompt attention and the controllers who turn up have always been polite and informative and who got on with the job.

Indigo did a very good job dealing with our mouse infestation. Eddie, the technician, was unfailingly helpful and polite. Friendly and thoroughly professional, he always explained the process clearly and was always ready to answer any questions we had.

They were easy to talk to and very caring. The problem I had went away due to their efficiency.
