The team at Indigo made securing our mortgage offer simple, straightforward, and completely stress-free. From the outset, the service was professional, friendly, and efficient.
Our initial Zoom calls with Tom were incredibly informative and helped us understand all of our options clearly. Throughout the process, Leah, Caitlyn, and Katie were also always on hand to answer any questions, and the dedicated WhatsApp group made communication quick and convenient.

The whole team kept us informed every step of the way and made what can often be a daunting process feel easy and manageable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Indigo to anyone looking for mortgage advice and support, and I've already recommended them to friends !

The overall experience with this team was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the calls discussing the process of the mortgage were extremely easy to follow and welcoming.

They kept me updated every step of the way and handled everything without me needing to stress. As a first time buyer, this is exactly what I needed, each step was thoroughly explained as we went along.

My only problem was that questions wouldn't be answered as often as I'd have liked. Often I'd wait well over a day for a response, however I do understand that a lot of things are going on behind the scenes. For this reason, I kept my questions to a minimal despite it being my first mortgage experience, but even then some questions wouldn't get a response.

This overall didn't matter too much as the process was still relevatively easy to follow as a first time buyer and I'm happy I went with them. I would recommend them.

Indigo mortgages are a great team, were very inforatibe regarding mortgages and the house buying process. Ashley Shackell was our mortgage broker and provided excellent service which my partner and I would recommend.

I have been working with Amy and her team since January last year and they’ve seen me through a couple attempts to purchase my first home. Though every hurdle, through the property set backs I went back to them and they saw me through to the completion of my first home purchase. Indigo mortgages made the home buying process so much easier. I didn’t have a clue when it came to buying a house however with the help of our mortgage advisor Tom the process was explained to us and we were issued a mortgage offer with their help in the application. Unfortunately our house fell through due to unrelated circumstances however we will definately be using Tom again when we do find our next property as we could not have done it without him.

Me and my fiancée applied for a mortgage with this firm. We were supported and looked after well throughout the process. In the end the seller of the property we wanted backed out but through no fault of indigo mortgages. The team was organised and efficient in helping us with the process creating a WhatsApp chat with timely updates and information to keep us in the loop on what was happening and when. We had several FaceTime meetings which made us feel important and kept the process feeling in our control.

Tom and his team were brilliant. Excellent service and very convenient.

Avoid, they took my £399 fee ( some guy called mike and did not apply for my mortgage, lied he had applied for my mortgage when nothing showed on my credit file. Stopped replying to me or my solicitors.

Had to change brokers to get my house and thankfully the house seller understood my situation.
Then they had a cheek to offer me their services 4 years down the line, bringing back all the hurt and upset they caused.
They dont care about people

If this Mike Niven at indigo mortgages has left then thats another thing but he caused the hurt abd upset by lying about getting mortgage in 2022.

On 30 May 2022 Tom sent me text to say he was aware of the above and wanted me to let him deal with my mortgage of which i refused because I wanted nothing to do with Indigo
