Indigo Home and Gift Anmeldelser

What can I say about this company! From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Jill and her team in Bromborough helped us select the perfect sofa and fabrics. Guys came today to deliver and even though they had to remove the feet to gain access to our lounger they did it with a smile. Will definitely be back to order sliding wardrobes for the bedroom.
Thank again

Indigo is a great shop, like a big Aladins Cave! Definitely worth going in for a look. We bought two sofas and the service was brilliant! Delivery was excellent!

Just received delivery of our new sofas. They are absolutely stunning! From ordering to delivery, it was the smoothest process. Thank you to the wonderful indigo team. The delivery guys were amazing too, 💜 xx

I always have wonderful service from Indigo Home and Gift and today was no exception.

The 2 gentlemen who delivered my bed base and headboard couldn’t have been more helpful. They gathered up all the packaging and put it in the appropriate bins. Very pleasant gentlemen.

Was looking for weeks for a new corner sofa. Popped in here as I spotted it when driving to main part of retail park and do not regret it

Great service and even better price. Delivered on time and setup

I have had a great experience with Indigo Home and Gift. The store offers a special array of home decor and gift items, and I love the variety of furniture on offer. The staff are attentive, providing fabulous customer service throughout. The furniture I have ordered (so far), a couch, dining table and chairs, bed and bedside tables, wardrobe, dressing table AND a coffee table of high quality. I also have multiple of their homeware in my place, which I plan to go back for more as they update their stock regularly! I highly recommend Indigo Home and gift if you are looking for unique and high quality furniture and homeware. A place you can revisit and always receive the same experience as last!

Ordered two bedside cabinets online. I opted for collection and Indigo kept me informed the order status. On collection the staff were most helpful putting them in the car. The units were exceptionally well packaged. The store itself has a vast choice of home things, with a varying price range, something for everyone. Well worth a look round.

The most gorgeous items and lovely, helpful staff too! I’ve loved everything I’ve purchased from wax melts to our gorgeous sofa, definitely recommend!

Fantastic shop - great variety of unique products and very helpful staff!

Really friendly staff and beautiful products, a really big selection and some amazing wax melts that kept our house smelling beautiful for ages!

Just had the usual fantastic service from the 2 delivery guys at Indigo! Nothing is too much trouble, they took great care with some heavy sofas that were difficult to manoeuvre.
Well done Indigo, the only furniture store we would purchase from.

Bought some expensive cushions from this store, when I went to try and return them I was denied a refund or credit note. Refund policy was not explained at point of sale by the male sales advisor, if I had been properly informed of the refund policy I would never have purchased them. Will never buy from this store again. Very unhappy client !!!

Brilliant service in store. Very pleasant and helpful delivery men. Am really pleased with the table and chairs

Absolutely thrilled with my new bookcase /display unit so different from any I’ve seen in other stores . First class service from the ordering to the delivery very much appreciated

Great guys friendly, helpful and love the table thank you

I really like Indigo. They have such good quality and great designed furniture and accessories. I bought two sofas and a foot stool a couple of years ago and I’ve just had a dining room table, chairs and a sideboard delivered yesterday. I’m so happy with them all.
The service is excellent. The guys who delivered and assembled them were very professional and pleasant. Their attention to detail was excellent, making sure everything was aligned and even suggested a different layout that I hadn’t thought of :). So, big thanks.

Indigo Home and gift never disappoints, I have been buying from here for well over 10 years, always receiving quality goods and excellent service, and today, as expected, is exactly what I received. The delivery guys were fantastic, very professional, polite and helpful, my new table and chairs came nicely packaged, and they were extremely careful handling and assembling them.
Very pleased with my beautiful furniture, I would highly recommend this Company, thank you again for your first class service.

The Gentleman that came where so friendly, they told me everything I needed to know and showed me how to extend my table the correct way , and even folded all the boxes so they where easy to fit in my car 👍🏻 . Thank you so much 👏🏻👏🏻
