Madeleine and Shiv were excellent in communication and organising the trip. They didn't leave any stone unturned and ensure that our parents had the best time with every request catered for.

I dealt with this company for two years. I was dealing with Madeline who is their travel expert and curator. I approached her in 2020 as I wanted to organise a tour in Rajasthan for my family and friends.
It would be my family’s first trip to India. She made a lovely itinerary completely customised to what I needed. She was very patient and reassuring, and even when the pandemic hit, she reassured me that we will pick up where we left.

The entire tour was so well organised. I didn’t have to worry about anything. She had thought of everything from pick up to drop to entertainment in the evening.

Maddie runs a spectacular business! The whole process of designing our tour had been remarkable: thoughtful, thorough, responsive, with the final itinerary presented in a good-looking, professional format. We couldn't wait to get to India. However impressive, it did not prepare us for the flawless operation on the ground, which went far beyond our already high expectations. We went from Delhi, to Varanasi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, and back to Delhi in what felt like a different dimension of order, reliability, punctuality and calm. We did not worry about anything but absorbing ourselves in India's unique exuberance. The team on the ground were also kind, knowledgeable, engaged, and ever concerned about our wellbeing.

We were two couples celebrating our friendship and we got to do that at spectacular places, always touched by the unparalleled Indian hospitality. India has changed us for the better and we are extremely grateful to the Indian Excursions Co team for the opportunity to explore such ancient culture and for their unrivalled professionalism. My wife and I toured Rajasthan for 17 days in January of 2023. Indian Excursions organized and escorted our entire trip, which was marvelous. We visited Delhi, Udaipur, Jaipur, Rathambore National Park and Agra. The guides at each location were very knowledgable and helpful. Sonjay was our driver for the entire trip. He went above and beyond and took very good care of us.

We stayed in the Oberois and at Dev Shree, a boutique hotel. All were absolutely fantastic.

Maddie organized the trip and she was easy to work with. At the end of the trip, we flew to the Maldives for a few days, which was not Indian Exursions responsibilty. Even so, Shiv, who took care of us in Delhi, stored our luggage in Delhi and helped us with our layover when we returned to Delhi from the Maldives.

All of the trip--hotels, guides, transfers, transportation, etc-- was flawless. We give Indian Excursions our highest recommendations!!

Описания были красочные, захватывающие и иногда пугающие. Но нигде я не смогла отыскать рассказ путешественников средних лет, которые бы наслаждались не только культурой и достопримечательностями, но и делали это в комфортном формате или даже на уровне люкс. На мой запрос по Раджастану агенства на перебой предлагали удобный для них вариант Дели-Агра-Джайпур-Дели. А при словах Пушкар и Удайпур начинали вещать про двухнедельные пакеты. Наша же поездка планировалась в ключе «успеть все за 8 дней, посмотреть Раджастан без экстрима, влюбиться и не отравиться». К счастью наткнулась на сайт Indian Excursions Co. Красочный и подробный он описывал варианты путешествий по вожделенному Раджастану. Каждая страница откликалась у меня в душе возгласом «Вот то, что я хочу!». Договорившись с Indian Excursions об онлайн консультации, я предварительно составила список пожеланий по маршруту, отелям и достопримечательностям. Очень приятный деловой разговор в Zoom и уже через несколько дней передо мной лежал черновик нашей поездки, предложенный Madeleine. Теперь могу сказать искреннее спасибо за все советы и корректировки, которые она внесла в мой изначальный план. Каждое слово на красивом сайте о том как нас будут встречать, водить, возить , кормить и развлекать было реализовано на 200%. Это невероятно, но в таком путешествии с ночевками в 5 городах не было (клянусь!) ни одного инцидента, опоздания или разочарования. С первой минуты встречи в аэропорту Дели до посадки в аэропорту Удайпура нас сопровождал исключительный сервис, продуманная до нюансов организация и доброе внимательное отношение. В каждом городе нас встречал представитель компании и только убедившись, что мы благополучно разместились в отеле и согласны с каждым следующим пунктом экскурсионной программы, передавал нас в руки гида. Все гиды в каждом городе были прекрасными рассказчиками с хорошим английским. Чат в воцап был открыт круглосуточно, в нем можно было получить поддержку и ответы на любые вопросы. Отдельная глава это перемещения. Супруг настаивал на автомобиле представительского класса🤦🏻‍♀️, сказал категорично - не будет мерседеса- не будет Индии. Нам предстояли большие переезды по 3-4 часа и справедливости ради, в мерседесе было бы очень удобно. Я не верила, но новенький Мерседес S класса ожидал нас в аэропорту с улыбающимся водителем. Никакие варианты взять автомобиль в аренду для самостоятельного путешествия в Индии я бы ни в коем случае не рекомендовала, сами дороги хорошие практически везде, но вождение это экстрим. Я вожу авто больше 20 лет во всех поездках с правым, левым рулем, в том числе микроавтобус, и я точно никогда бы не справилась с вождением в Индии. У нас был лучший в мире водитель Дипак, с первых минут понимаешь, что в надежных руках, именно таким людям доверяют возить детей). Он не просто спокойно и уверенно чувствовал себя на дороге со всеми индийскими особенностями- бесконечными сигналами, несущимися по разделенной встречке грузовиками с сеном, коровам, но и чутко понимал и выполнял наши желания. В автомобиле (всегда чистом!) была вода, wi-if и все необходимое, а улыбка Дипака скрашивала долгую и порой утомительную дорогу.
Я с удовольствием рекомендую Indian Excursions всем планирующим путешествие в Индию, и сама надеюсь вернуться еще не один раз. Огромное спасибо за все!
P.S. В списке что брать и прочие полезные вещи на сайте агентства все подробно описано, но на всякий случай добавлю. С ужасом начитавшись про Дели-белли, я везла пол-чемодана лекарств, но нам повезло и все прошло благополучно. Все-таки лекарства рекомендую захватить. Мы были в середине/конце января и нигде толком о погоде информации не было. Низкие температуры вечером и ночью оказались не такими страшными, мне вполне хватало жилетки Uniqlo и шарфа, вечером накидывала кофту, но никаких пуховиков или пальто везти не надо! Женщины традиционно закрывают ноги! Я бы рекомендовала или варианты свободных брюк или длинная юбка или юбка+леггинсы. В облегающих джинсах или юбке до колена- будет не комфортно(по моим личным ощущениям). В некоторые храмы вход без обуви, но до этого еще метров 100 надо пройти босиком, лучше иметь с собой сменные носки.

We had a truly terrific trip to India, because of Indian Excursions! All of the guides were so engaging, personable and informative. Our driver became like one of our family after spending a week with him. He was so kind and safe. There were also guides who served as transfer assistants between parts of our journey, and we always felt that we were in safe hands and all transfers went very smoothly. Madeleine and Shiv do a terrific job arranging the travel plans and were also very accommodating as we were changed our plans. Highly recommend this company for a fantastic travel experience!

My family and I had an amazing and memorable trip to India thanks to Indian Excursions Co. The level of service was impeccable and even when there were minor issues, the team worked tirelessly to rectify them. All in all, a wonderful experience and I cannot recommend Maddie and her team more highly.

We had a wonderful time in Rajasthan. The hotels and tour guides were exceptional. The highlight of our tour was Udaipur, 'Dera Amer - with elephants' and our one-night stay at Shahpura Bagh. The guide at the Udaipur went above and beyond to take care of us.

Madeleine held our hands throughout the planning of our first trip to India and her knowledge and attention to our preferences made it a very special experience. She accommodated a late change to the itinerary with professionalism and good humour, going the extra mile to ensure we could stay in all the wonderful places we chose.

Once we arrived in India, Shiv was on hand to welcome us and make any additional arrangements such as restaurant bookings. We would like to make special mention of our wonderful driver, Raj, who skilfully navigated the many miles we travelled between locations in Rajasthan, in the very comfortable tour wagon that became our oasis when we needed it. The guides who were engaged to show us around the various cities were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, so we thank Madeleine and Shiv also for their quality choices.

We heartily recommend Indian Excursions and are certain they will continue to provide the excellent service that we were fortunate to experience.

We have just returned from a 2 week tour of Rajasthan organized by Indian Excursions and everything was perfect, really could not rate them higher and would not hesitate to recommend them. From the hotels, drivers, guides and internal flights everything progressed without a single hitch and we truly had the holiday of a lifetime. They were there at all times to answer any questions but we had no need to contact them as everything was so well arranged. Thank you 🙏!

Maddie is an exceptional travel organizer, and the whole experience was A+! Maddie is diligent, well-organized, and detailed oriented. The detailed itinerary was handy and done per our needs. We had two moms with us that had mobility issues, and she even took care of access to locations for the two moms.

Each of the hotels were awesome and the restaurant recommendations and bookings were taken care of.

They had some very interesting events planned for us that made for some very memorable events.

All in all a 5-star trip that I wish I can repeat for other destinations.

During a busy vacation time in december with a tight itinerary with so many places to visit - Shiv and his team pulled off a smooth, easy journey for us. Guides were thoughtfully chosen and were knowledgeable. Felt very safe with Driver Rakesh. Would definitely use them for future trips in India.

We are now home and already missing our amazing time in India. It was a grand tour of Delhi, Varanasi, Agra, Ranthambore, Jaipur. Our extended family is especially grateful for the support for our celebration of life ceremony and dinner plans in Varanasi. The trip design was easy with Maddie’s help and attention to detail.

The on-the-ground team was equally phenomenal and we are all very impressed with the level of service of each and every one of your team: drivers (especially Rakesh), ambassadors and tour guides. You shepherded us throughout our trip, making all transitions simple and mindless for us. It was great spending so much time with Shiv, too. He is a gentleman and seasoned professional. Lastly, we made a few changes on the fly and they were all handled by Indian Excursions with a smile.

From my first contact with Maddie I knew we were in safe hands. We received a first class service that translated into an unbelievable holiday. It was seamless, from the moment we landed & until we departed. Everything that you could possibly want/need/request was taken care of. It was a holiday we will never forget.

From start to finish (and everything in between) our experience with Indian Excursions was of the highest order. Whilst our chosen itinerary (Ultimate Luxury Rajasthan Tour) seemed close to perfect as described on the web site, through Zoom calls with Maddie we were able to tweak it further to meet our specific requirements. We were thus able to depart for our trip in the confidence that even the small planning details had been thought about and pre-arranged. For our 18 days in India, every part of the complex logistics of the trip ran like clockwork, with Maddie and Shiv checking in regularly to ensure all the fine details were running smoothly and offering any assistance we might require. Their choice of hotels, guides and itineraries was spot on every day, leaving us free to enjoy the mesmerising sights, smells and sounds that make up the magic of Rajasthan. Without doubt, our choice of Indian Excursion was a major factor in us being able to enjoy our travels to the max, safe in the knowledge that all the logistics for the trip were being quietly taken care of behind the scenes. A very well organised trip - excellent & regular communication with the organisers in the lead up to our trip and during the trip. They provide useful tips in a comprehensive guide which was very helpful.

Our driver was safe on the roads and the guides spoke good English.

Thanks to Indian Exscursions for this magnific exsperience in the magic Raghastan! All was perfect and we had assistance every single moment from Maddy and Shiv. Driver and all guides was top level and perfectly English speaking. We had a magic moments and even surprises organised from the agency. Highly recommended if you plan to visit India!

This was our fifth visit to India and our third with Indian Excursions - I think that says it all! Once again everything was meticulously organised by Maddie and Shiv, we couldn’t have asked for better! Not so much flying this time which was better, Sanjay our driver was amazing always on time, polite and nothing was too much trouble! Our itinerary meant we stayed in some beautiful palaces, forts, a safari camp and hotels! One of our highlights was our stay in Sujan Jawai where we saw so many leopards it was unbelievable!! We were looked after so well we could have stayed for ever!! Our trip included visits to the Trident, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Ranthambore, Dev Shree Deogarh, Udaipur and lastly eight days at Ahilya by the Sea in Goa. Our third visit there and it certainly didn’t disappoint again! So thank you Maddie and Shiv you are the best - we couldn’t have done it without you!!!!

Tailor made tour very diligently put together, recognising how short our time available was and how much we wanted to see. Easy to communicate with to agree hotels, itinerary and little details.
Our driver was great to spend time with, careful at the wheel (despite India traffic challenges he made us feel comfortable!), always prompt, and sorted restaurant bookings etc as we arrived in destinations.
All our local guides were extremely professional and knowledgeable, going the extra mile, timing visits to avoid crowds (which weren’t bad anyhow) and in some places finding very special photo opportunities.
All in all a fabulous trip to Rajasthan and Agra!

We had a tailor made experience in India, staying in the most wonderful Oberoi hotels and with local , knowledgeable guides available in each area. Started in Delhi, then Agra for the Taj Mahal, Jaipur ,Udaipur and a few days relaxing in Goa. Best bits- visit to the Sikh temple in Delhli and the Dharavi slum in Mumbai. Could probably leave out Jaipur if pressed for time. Highly recommend Maddie and Shiv at Indian excursions . Always available and always helpful to the extreme.
