Customer service was excellent. Product arrived on time. I’ve ordered over 20 times and have found the best prices here.

Great company
Not only were the empathetic and sympathetic to my situation they made me feel like a human being. The pricing and shipping was more than fair and I would recommend them to anyone in the same situation. This is not a solicitation this is my honest feeling and thoughts regarding my experience with this wonderful company I wish them much success. Chris Evers Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Dependable and Professional
Have ordered supplies with IndeMedical twice. So far, things have gone very smoothly. Each step of the way I received updates on order status - from initial order through delivery. Prices seem fairly competitive and they are also quite professional. Would definitely order from them again and feel good to recommend them to others.

Very quick delivery!
I'm looking for low cost medical supplies and first transaction was positive. I will be making a much larger purchase in January and thereafter - after my employer transfers $ into my HSA.

Nick and Mike are amazing, providing incredible customer service with a warm personal touch!!
I was amazed to receive a call from Nick (not an email) following my first order with them.
Both are so knowledgeable and helpful.
I have even had a few impossible delivery requests which they were able to fulfill.
They have demonstrated the ability to provide products that are not included in their routine inventory.
The Best Ever!!

Excellent product
Excellent product, arrived as described. Quick shipment. Shipping was far too much, though. Seems ridiculous to spend $7 to ship a $2 item. I have since found a company who charged me $3 for the item, but zero shipping. Plus, they sent it overnight!
