This review is after hundreds over several months. It's a constant barrage of theft and fraud. As they are obviously breaking their agreements and taking our time fraudulently, I believe that a class action is in order to teach them that they cannot get away with this.

I haven't problem about my Survey issue it Stopped working Right properly due to be Bug Problem issue i Already Did Trying Contact them About my issue They Still haven't been Reply me this message less than Week or months..I Think There is no customer service to Help me! 😢

They let you do the surveys but when it comes to the end you get booted & not rewarded. SKAMMERS

Passando para expressar a minha insatisfação com à Inbrain.Já é a segunda vez que respondo toda a pesquisa no final dá erro à primeira vez reclamei Zoombucks à qual mandou eu reclamar com à Inbran que ñ responde.Hoje respondi uma pesquisa ref a brinquedos conclui é no final deu erro e não adianta reclamar pq ñ tenho retorno. Deixando claro que a Zoombucks paga certinho, só ñ dá o suporte que deveria ref aos parceiros...Tenho os prints

Surveys hit or miss. Either they work half the time or they don't. The Half that does qualify you doesn't pay out about 80% of the time. So you have just wasted about 10+ min of your life. Also no customer support to complain about survey not paying out.

Spent 30 minutes filling a Survey to have the answer that I am not the person the Survey is intended with zero gain... F.... this website!

You can spend time answering all the questions and then for no reason be cheated out of the reward. No way to contact anyone. Avoid it like the plague

I’ve completed a survey from them with Dynata it disqualified me after completing and gave me no coins. Technically near %90-97 it has decided to collect all of the info for free without payment. Scam alert

Desleais, horríveis. Dizem que compraram a Dynata e continua a mesma coisa horrível. Não pagam mais as parciais na Pagazani e em outros sites.

I just finished an entire 20 minute survey only to be dropped at the end. They want your opinion, but don't want to pay.

Dont waste your time, you get right to the end of the survey and then miraculously you encounter an error and you lose your reward, or when trying to start a survey it says not a good fit, yet you don't answer a single question 1st. Scammers.

DONT waste your time. They have all this huff and trickery to make sure you give them honest answers but it’s quite ironic that they are the crooks. I have wasted over an hour of my time giving these jerks honest answers only to be given NOTHING WHATSOEVER in compensation. I hope someone looks into a class action lawsuit someday soon. I’m too busy or I’d look into it, I’m sure I’m far from the only one who has been hoodwinked. You know d@€£ well they are still using these surveys and making cash on them, they just aren’t ponying up to the survey takers. Theft pure and simple. I’m a middle aged man, not some teenager. I’m not looking to scam nor be scammed yet these con artists are not being honest. Stick with known in game survey companies that actually pay up. They are out there.

Surveys that are clearly completed and submitted and then inBrain offer wall claims "not a good fit" or their service fails to redirect back to their wall with a random HTTP error code (500, 503), and then you get stuck with no credit and wasted time.

They have a contact form but they never, ever respond. Ever. That means they have no support staff and no effective way to contact them about any problems.

Found out recently they got acquired by Dynata, which is no surprise since Dynata is one of the worst survey providers as well, where their surveys can take everything and then say "not qualified" at the end. So now, with inBrain in their portfolio, Dynata has another avenue by which to scam users and cheat them of their credit and waste their time.
