Inakono Anmeldelser

Order came, half the items ordered were missing.
Others were damaged – damaged enough for a so-called gift-shop you wouldn't want to gift them for Christmas anymore.
No one replied to my e-mail in days. When I sent another one or two e-mails I was refunded for the sum missing from my order but no one replied to my request to return the order fully. More emails, no replies followed.
Shop was taken down. No one ever replied.

Jamais reçue ma commande (déjà payée).
Impossible de les contacter (par mail, par téléphone, par message Instagram ou Facebook). Cela fait plus d'un mois que je suis sans réponses.

Inakono did not ship my already paid order nor do they respond to any message I sent them via different channels. Also, the phone number does not exist when you call it - strongly recommend against ordering here!

Excellent products and customer care! Highly recommend for some beautifully crafted objects made by beautiful people!

Very happy with my purchase

Very great products and especially if you are looking for something with high quality!

Service was also very good and fast delivery :)

Thank you!

I bought a soap hoarder, a plant pot and a funky vinyle holder. All the items were in pristine conditions when they arrived. The customer care and the unboxing experience were also top notch! Will use Inakono for my Christmas gifts ☀️

Great service!

The products are carefully crafted and beautiful. They were also very well packed with a lot of care. For me it's juste a perfect place to find gifts for other or yourself.

Lovely selection of curated objects at amazing prices.. order got delivered super quick and the quality isbjust great. Excited for their new collections!

I recently bought a mini vase from Inakono, and I'm over the moon with both the product and the service. The vase is so beautifully crafted that it practically waltzed out of the box and into my heart.

The whole shopping experience was a breeze—no need to summon my inner tech guru to navigate their website. Plus, I got regular updates that felt like little love notes reassuring me that my vase was on its way.

Overall, Inakono exceeded my expectations. Great product, excellent service, and packaging so meticulous it deserves its own award. I highly recommend them!

I bought some very cool soaps from them and got it in a super cool and thoughtful package! Very cool selection with handmade gems from Europe.

I found this cool web shop through an ad on IG. I usually do not click on ads, but the aesthetics got me. I just received my cups with a beautiful personalized note, and my coffee now tastes like sugar even though I do not add any (I have diabetes)

Love to Inakono's team

This is the first time i've had such a good experience when buying such a delicate and good quality design product. The delivery was amazing, they took care of everything and their webpage is amazingly curated and soothing to watch. Congratulations!!!

I bought the silver candle holder and love the design. Arrived very fast and cute extra packaging details. Happy to support!

Ho acquistato due vasi come regalo per un amico e sono rimasto sorpreso dalla qualità del prodotto e dalla rapidità della consegna. Penso sia il posto perfetto per un regalo all’ultimo minuto!
