I have only had one delivery from them but there was a problem with the parcel, and the company rectified it immediately with complete apologies and friendliness. The hair set I received is not only good but smells amazing too. I will definitely be reordering from them again, and look forward to trying other products they have for sale.

I don’t like the new bottles as there isn’t any thing inside the top to let the liquid come out slowly and therefore using more at once
Also the bottles are smaller now so much less value for money

Hello Caroline,
Those are the new bottles where we removed the dispenser, as it was the only non-degradable part of the bottle. If you look inside the cap, you will see a sealant whose purpose is to preserve the bottle from the air, which was previously done by the dispenser. We made this change to be more eco-friendly because this is important!
However, we see that our customers, including you, didn't like the idea and that is why soon we will return the dispenser. We are trying to listen to our customers and to improve ourselves every day!
Regarding the size, we had to come up with solutions because of the inflation and we decided to use 150 instead of 200ml bottles. Of course, we know that we cannot satisfy everyone. We are all people behind the screen, writing this text and believe me, we will make sure to make it up to all of you for the decrease of 50ml with fantastic personal attitude, attention and care!

Ich habe das Rosenwasser und die Rose Maskina von InaEssentials ausprobiert und bin begeistert von den Ergebnissen! Das Rosenwasser hat meine Haut hydratisiert und Rötungen gelindert, während die Rose Maskina meine Haut straffer und frischer gemacht hat. gives a great feeling
This makes your hair soft to the touch, nourished and vibrant. If you have thick and dry hair, it will instantly make your hair so silky. I highly recommend trying the facial products that hydrate and cleanse as well. The plus is that the cosmetics are natural.

The Hydrobiotic with mint and lavender has improved my skin in less than two weeks, it is both hydrating and cleansing and great for acne prone skin! It's amazing, everyone should try it!

I am using a Bulgarian face cream for the first time. I am satisfied - it absorbs very well, does not leave a shine on the face, but makes the skin alive and nourished. The aroma is pleasant.

The Hydrobiotic is amazing!
I love the Hydrobitic with Mint and Lavender. Thanks to it I no longer have any acne problems with my skin. At first I was using the lavender water and I was amazed with the results but the Hydrobiotic works even better for me. I highly recommend it! 🥰

Disappointing
Having read all the positive reviews on their website I had high hopes for the hair loss set and although expensive with the guarantee of a 100% refund if not happy I decided to purchase. I used the shampoo, conditioner and spray as directed. However, I experienced more hair loss during wash than my normal shampoo. I also experienced a sore and itchy scalp. I messaged the company to activate the '100% no questions asked refund' and they asked lots of questions and said to try each product separately to see which caused the issue and to try the products for a bit longer. I persevered, however did not experience any new hair growth or fullness and found the spray irritated my scalp. I also had issues with scum forming in the bottles, and one of the bottles being out of date when sent ( a labelling error apparently) I found the company reluctant to refund despite their guarantee. And they only refunded two of the items out of the 3 from the set. Would definitely not recommend

Die Produkte sind echt gut. Ich habe schon mehrmals bestellt, ist bis auf einmal einwandfrei gelaufen. Das eine Mal kam meine Bestellung nicht an, habe ich Kontakt zur Firma aufgenommen und wurde das Problem sehr schnell gelöst.

2 commandes
2 commandes, 1 pour essayer et 1 car ils m'ont fait une très belle proposition commerciale sur d'autres produits. Les 2 sont arrivées plutôt rapidement pour des produits venant d'assez loin. Je n'ai testé que les shampooing ils n'ont rien de plus ni de moins que d'autres. Bon il ne sont pas vraiment 100% naturel contrairement a ce qu'on pourrait penser... scan INCI a l'appui... dommage mais je pense qu'il y pire en supermarché malgré tout.
Je n'ai pas encore tester les eaux (menthe poivrée, sapin et lavande mais a priori plus naturelles, 1 seul composant : de l'eau)
Ils envoient ensuite un mail savoir si on est satisfait ou si on demande un remboursement dans les 14jours.
