IMRHosting (run by Mohammad Imran) is not a legitimate, legally compliant company—it is an outright fraudulent operation.

Any genuine, lawful business maintains its customers as an absolute priority and issues proper, professional tax invoices carrying official company branding and logos. The invoice they issued to me (#162) is completely unbranded without even a company logo—a generic receipt generated solely to collect upfront payments without meeting standard Indian corporate compliance.

3 Outages in 5 Months on a 3-Year Contract:

In barely 5 months of a 36-month paid agreement, I have experienced three separate, total server lockouts.

This is now the 3rd time my business site has crashed under their service. The current failure completely locks out the cPanel backend with the system error:

"License is not for this host / This server does not have a valid license."

This confirms their fraudulent model: they take advance multi-year money, run their infrastructure on illegitimate, cracked, or default-risk shared licensing pools, and fail to pay upstream licensing bills. When cPanel bans their unauthorized pool, paying customers are locked out of their own backend, files, and databases with zero access.

Intentional Client Evasion & Cut Lines:

Support Phone Disconnected: Their registered Indian customer support number published here on Trustpilot (+91 70130 56316) is permanently switched off and unreachable.

Evading Indian Clients: Domestic contact lines are severed, and operations are rerouted to an international virtual UK number (+44 7848 179430) under "HireIMR Global Solutions" to dodge existing Indian hosting clients who face repeated downtime.

Zero Customer Priority: No root-level fixes, no genuine license renewal, and zero access provided to customer data.

Taking advance money for multi-year contracts, issuing unbranded sham invoices, crashing three times in five months, and disconnecting phone lines is textbook consumer fraud.

Don't Purchase Hosting They have every time 1-3 day website down after sale no response.

They are not reliable, the commit one and provide something else. In the world of internet where the service is must especially when you are hosting the website, the tend to not reply for days.

Worst experience. I cancelled the hosting package within 48 hours due to poor services. But in spite of repeated requests, the Annual Charge has not been refunded by the company. I sent Whatsapp messages, emails, Open tickets several times, but no response has been received till date.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing due to their poor customer support and lack of professionalism.

They claim to respond to support tickets within 24 hours, but in reality, responses often take weeks. In my case, tickets remained unanswered for an extended period, and meaningful responses were received only after repeated follow-ups.

Contacting their representatives by phone was also frustrating, as calls frequently went unanswered or the phone was switched off. WhatsApp messages and calls were often ignored, making it very difficult to get assistance when needed.

When support was finally provided, the responses were often accompanied by excuses rather than solutions, and the communication lacked the professionalism one would expect from a service provider.

I would strongly recommend that the company improve its customer service, response times, communication channels, and overall support experience. Reliable and timely support is essential, and unfortunately, this has not been my experience.

Imr company service is outstanding.because they are use to taking care their client.

The plan may be cheaper, but the quality of service is disappointing. The provider advertises 99.9% uptime, but if you are building a serious project, you may be disappointed.

In just one month, my website experienced multiple outages, some lasting for several hours. On one occasion, the site was down for nearly 12 hours. These downtime incidents occurred repeatedly on different days and often lasted for hours at a time.

The most frustrating part is that the website frequently seems to go down whenever production updates are being made. This can be extremely irritating, especially when managing a live website.

Overall, I found the service unreliable and not worth the money. I would not recommend it for production websites that require consistent uptime and stability.
