Allen was really tremendous in helping organize and flawlessly execute all the steps to get my background checks in line. I needed them from the US (CT & NJ), the UK , Ireland and Switzerland. I was able to deal with Switzerland (very Swiss all streamlined, online and efficient) and Ireland myself, only because my sister lives in the same town as the police station. Without Allen's help it would have been extremely difficult to get it all done in a timely manner. He was very proactive in keeping me abreast of status and responsive to questions on the application process. Overall he provides a very professional and highly competent service.
