I had an extremely disappointing experience with a chiropractor named Tobi. His demeanor was outright rude, aggressive, and dismissive, especially when I sought clarifications. Despite having prepaid for several sessions I didn’t utilize, requesting a detailed report on findings and appointments for insurance purposes was met with negligence. Tobi’s response, indicating he’d send the report “when he has time,” disregards the urgency required by insurance deadlines. This lack of professionalism and empathy is unacceptable, especially in healthcare.
