Fantastic service but unfortunately the nutritionist you referred me to has advised me not to use the product, so through ignorance, I've wasted my money!

Popped in for a perfect fit harness for our crazy Cockapoo. Have read many forums and reviews that I finally decided to buy one. We were staying in the touring site so was perfect. Had googled perfect fit stockists and couldn’t believe the location.

Didn’t want to buy online as prefer to take my dog in store to get them fitted. The lady (Claire I think) was brilliant. She measured my dog up and gave us some great advice. Signed up to the website and will be coming back in the future when our dog outgrows this harness. She’s only had it a couple of days but it looks great and she’s happy to wear it. We’ve tried all sorts of different harnesses but they’ve never been the best fit. Thank you so much. I’d definitely recommend this little gem of a pet shop

The product i ordered has now been withdrawn from production,so the owner called me and advised me on another one with all natural ingredients which is similar to the original one

Great communication from this company, the item I ordered is no longer supplied in powder form but they kept me updated with information from the supplier , who in fact gave me an extra supply. Great experience

Friendly service. Loads of information on how to feed and the best food to feed your pet, great choice of brands too and I was surprised by some of the natural remedies on offer which can save a fortune instead of going to the vets! Highly recommend, especially as I finally found food my cat will eat but it's good quality and won't break the bank!

It is great to have an online pet shop that offers products that I cannot find in my local pet shop and also items that may be too heavy to carry to my home from the pet shop.
Great products delivered to my door with advance email notifications of delivery date and two hour delivery window.

Always get our raw dog good from Claire. Claire is always happy to help and give any advice needed. She has lovely dog treats. Would use anyone other than Imperial Pets.

I took my 12 week old puppy Hetty to Claires shop today. Claire was so helpful. She fitted a great harness for her and as she seems to be a terrible traveller and is sick every time I take her out in the car Claire recommended some herbal tablets for her and also advised me what to use for worming. she also recommended some puppy chews for her which she loves especially the piece of wood. In fact Claire was very helpful about a lot of things as my old dog is 13 years old now, so it is 13 years since I last had a puppy and you can get a lot more natural things for them now which is great. I will definitely go back to imperial pets again

I orders two cat toys, which were hard to get in the UK. Imperial Pets called me and explained why they were having problems too. They gave me some options and I chose to substitute the order. A really nice personal touch which is rare these days. I will definitely use them again! Thanks you.

I needed to pick up my order on the way home from work outside normal opening hours. They were super helpful, and even dropped my order off at doggy daycare to save me having to go out of my way.
