Unfortunately my package has been delivered to the wrong address. Despite getting into contact with both the E-sales team and UPS multiple times, I still have not been given any indication of where my skates are now.

I’m mainly very disappointed in the service, because I have spent a lot of money on these skates and needed them for an event. I have even offered to go retrieve them myself if they could just tell me where in this area the delivery driver mistakenly delivered them, they’ve had since Thursday morning (14/05/25) to fix this issue, but haven’t been helpful at all.

Meanwhile, my expensive skates are just out there somewhere, and could have been stolen or damaged in some way.
I am very distressed and upset.

The skates looks great but the box of my roller skates was damaged when it arrived and I don't think that could have happened during transportation. The cardboard from the box was torn, but I'm talking about the skates'box not the bigger cardboard box it travelled in.

Great product, but delivery took longer then promised and was also not shipped from the Netherlands as indicated on the website. Track and Trace was very unclear. This is however already forgotten, since my daughter enjoys her skates very much!

very fast delivery to Germany; had an issue with my address that got fixed within 1 minute (wow). skates look exactly as in the pictures and fit perfectly

The website says there won’t be any fee needed to be paid for the customs but I’m asked to pay £60. Emailed them but they are not responding

My order never arrived and i contacted the Store for further information -> no use. Then I got the status that my order got delivered to.the sender so i contacted the store AGAIN but this time if i get my money back or if they send out my skates again -> no answer. Buy your skates elsewhere

The roller skates look amazing! Very good quality! It#s fun to skate with them! Really helpful advice to order one size bigger. I wish I would have read that before, but it wasn't any problem to send them back while ordering the fitting pair of roller skates

if i could give no stars I would, I placed my order on the 5th and didn't get any update for 10 days- I had to chase up several times to get a response for the order to arrive 16 days late- wrong size ordered a 6 and they sent a 5 that wasn't even in stock when placed the order and it was a gift so you can imagine how frustrated and angry I am. now having to do a whole refund. I won't be ordering again I'll just find a different skate to buy. a waste of time and money.
