Excellent service up front with the order. Product exceeded expectations. Only glitch was 3M tape didn't come with letters and had to be sent a couple weeks later.

A Pretty Good Experience
Everything was good, except the company forgot to drill blind mounts on one of my signs. It was a hassle to work with FedEx to finally send the sign back to the company.
Despite that little snag, the sign's quality was good and worth the price.

Over Delivered!
We ordered a sign for behind our reception desk and I was a little skeptical because it was all online and I opted out of the preview but the sign showed up incredibly well packed, the template was perfect and the sign itself is absolutely beautiful. Will absolutely be ordering more.

Phenomenal!
The team at Impact Signs was absolutely great to work with. We had a very tight timeline to hit and they were able to work with us with a rush fee.
The glass sign turned out absoultely BEAUTIFUL and packaged very securely. The other 4 acrylic signs turned out just as lovely and had protective covering on them to prevent scratching.
The mounting hardware was very straightforward.
I would highly recommend this team.
