As a new coach with no systems or understanding what I needed to be doing to move the needle, IFCA actually gave me roadmap of what to do and when which was SUPER helpful! Adding in my coach Robbie to check-in with each week and help stay on top of the important things I need to be doing it was just what I needed to get the ball rolling and build my confidence as a coach and business owner. Still in the early stages but wouldn't change the investment I made and definitely recommend if you're serious about building a coaching business!

I invested in IFCA because I was tired of guessing and wanted to learn how to build an online fitness coaching business the right way.

Robbie has been an awesome mentor throughout the process. He's a straight shooter, keeps it real, and gives you the advice you need instead of just telling you what you want to hear. I respect that a lot.

He's helped me become a better coach, think bigger, and take action instead of overthinking everything. Building a business isn't easy, but having someone in your corner who's been through it and genuinely wants to see you win makes a huge difference.

I'm still building and have a long way to go, but I've grown a lot already because of the mentorship and support I've received. If you're serious about becoming an online fitness coach and willing to do the work, I'd definitely recommend working with Robbie and the IFCA team.

I joined IFCA with zero online coaching experience. I also lacked a clear system for consistently attracting clients and growing the business.

The biggest value for me was learning how to simplify. Instead of constantly looking for new strategies, I learned how to focus on the fundamentals and execute them consistently. Sometimes it was a bit overwhelming, but if you work effectively and consistently, it is a great system.

Ethan was my coach in the program Accelerator, always there when you need him. I was learning from zero, and he always stayed very patient with me.

The accountability, the coaching (shout out to coach Ethan!), and community helped me stay on track and keep moving forward even when things became challenging.

As a result, I gained more clarity, more confidence in my offer, and a much stronger understanding of how to build a coaching business that can grow sustainably.

Being from Europe, I didn't always agree with every aspect of the client acquisition and sales philosophy. That said, I appreciated being challenged to think differently and to understand the business principles behind these recommendations, even when I ultimately adapted them to fit my own market.

One last note, IFCA is not a magic solution. You still have to do the work yourself. But if you're coachable, take action, and follow the process, the program gives you everything you need to succeed. That’s why I decided to prolong our cooperation into the next program called Legacy.

Ethan was great, I enjoyed it the process and love how everything is broken down step by step... plus plenty of learn session, call and community for help.

When I started with IFCA I had worked with a few other mentorship programs, but was still 'stuck' in taking next steps. The fact that IFCA is a true 'one stop shop' and has everything (and everyone) you could possibly need is what makes it so impactful.

The library of resources was great, of course, but it was the 1:1 support (shout out to coach Kev) and the access to their team of coaches that made it next level. They are such a wealth of knowledge, and being able to learn from them or just hear some hard truths at times was empowering.

My business is now making 4+x the amount I was making when I started (while positively changing way more lives in much bigger ways, which is the goal!!)... and the sky really is the limit when you have the systems in place that IFCA helps you create.

Lastly, being surrounded by others who are far beyond you acts as inspiration and understanding of what's possible.

Zero regrets for investing in IFCA, only gratitude!

I enrolled in IFCA with ZERO EVER paid clients and in less than three months I have four clients at a rate that is over double what I had in my head, I have almost recouped the ENTIRE investment, and we are JUST getting started. I’ve been working with Leslie, and this girl has such good ideas and feedback— every time I come off a call with her, I feel like I have clarity and direction of the path forward. Which, as a business owner, is the GOLDEN TICKET. Highly recommend their mentorship, though selfishly want to keep it a secret so I have fewer competitors (jk, there is room for everyone!). Worth every penny and much more.

The guidance from my coach Ethan, was invaluable. Always positive and motivating. He simplified the complex concepts and helped me believe in myself. Tweeking my learning path to focus on the things that I needed to make the biggest impact in my business to move things forward. I just want to sing his praises much like a church choir.
The videos and calls were all very informative. Breaking things down into bite sized chunks to make learning easier.
On-boarding with Robert was also a great experience. He did a fantastic job teaching me how to set up and use the software. I would highly recommend IFCA, from the staff, to the community, the lessons and support. Everything thing is very well designed and the community is supportive. Thank you all!

IFCA and Crystal have helped me improve my business on every level, and I’m only a quarter through the program. The different support systems included make it really hard not to get your questions answered.

What’s stood out the most to me is how genuinely invested Crystal is in the success of the people inside the program. She’s an incredible coach who gives honest feedback, practical advice, and actually takes the time to make sure you understand how to apply things to your own business instead of just giving generic answers.

The level of structure, accountability, and mentorship has exceeded my expectations so far. I already feel more confident in my systems, sales, and overall direction as a business owner, and I’m excited to see where things are by the end of the program.

Ethan was an amazing coach! Very knowledgeable and patient. The program overall was great, pretty much explains everything in detail step by step. Office hour zooms are great for any specific questions, just wish there were some available at evening or weekend times.

Joining IFCA has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I’m a newly single mom of two toddlers. I’ve been in IFCA for three months and have taken clients and have grown my skills as a business owner more than I fathomed I could! I joined IFCA from ground zero having no business experience having zero clients, and now I know that this business will turn into my full income long-term. Everything has been so easy to understand and very actionable! Leslie is the best coach! She’s very direct about everything I need to be doing and what I need to improve on. IFCA has been wonderful. They are very professional and everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure that I had what I needed. My coach, Ethan, answered my multitude of questions. He kept me focused and moving forward. I always knew what the next steps were because he laid everything out so clearly. I made more progress in the first quarter of this year than I did in the past 5 years on my own.

Having a clear cut program, with a precise pathway, all the modules/videos you could need with easy to understand literature is cool - but without the one-on-one support and super engaging/supportive community, IFCA wouldn't be the same.

Robbie was my coach in Accelerator, and now Legacy - and he's the guy. Whether hyping you up, or tuning you in (I need it) he knows his job well, and uses any metaphor, movie quote or story he needs to, to get you locked in.

While I'm still figuring it out (and probably always will be learning), he meets you where you are, to get you ahead (and will probably teach you some Starwars stuff too).

I had a great experience with my coach Ethan. He was very knowledgeable with online fitness, how to coach, how to stay cool in frustrating situations. Ethan has a keen sense of his client's need and how to take them in the direction that is best for the client. With me personally he was very patient, noting I was learning from ground zero, no experience what so ever.

I didn't know anything about business, let alone knowing how to do an online business. Still lots to learn of course but I wouldn't be where I am without their guidance. The modules are great, logical step by step process that is thoughtfully laid out for you. Definitely saved years of my life trying to figure this out on my own.

Wish the community of people(other students) were more open for collaboration but that was probably just the luck of the draw.

Most of the real customization and deeper learning comes from the calls with IFCA coaches. This is where you can ask questions if your stuck, don't know what to do, feeling overwhelmed etc. Always came away from those calls with a better understanding of what I should be doing next without worrying about future xyz.

ICA has given me the tools and framework to build a business and establish a presence online. The program is incredibly helpful in guiding you through every step of the process. ICA lays out a clear path and gives you everything you need to move forward with confidence. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow, and walks you through the steps to become successful in a way that feels structured yet personal.

Robbie in particular has been a great coach. What I love about him is that he challenges you to think outside the box and find your own unique way to stand out. He’s great at guiding you, but also at helping you solve challenges independently, so you can truly succeed in your own business.
