No one to answer calls for questions. After you give them all details then they say someone will call back but they will email you and tell you they don't know why you called them. Communication needs improvement both in written form and via the phone.
The approached me in a very polite manner and the convinced me to pay almost 4K for a green card. They promised that this was a fixed service fee and no other payment was necessary to be done from my side.
Pointless to say that after the payment was very difficult to reach them.. Of course there was always a good excuse for the late response.
Few months later another agent reached me and requested 5K more in order to continue the process of my application.
Because I refused to pay this amount of money, the agent became very aggressive and impolite. He mentioned that for the money I am paying is nothing compared to the service and the results they are providing..
According to my lawyer the only thing they did until that time, was to fill out a green card lottery application..
Of course when I asked them to continue with my case and pay them when I get my green card, they refused..
I lost 4K and I don't want other people to waste their money...
Please stay away!
No service and no Bill for the money you have to pay. Please be careful because the only thing what they want is your money and immediately. It is a fraud company, never ever again!!!
Be aware of this bunch of scammers,after I paid 29$ to start the process for green card application they call me few days later for a "interview",at the end they told me all process is gonna cost me 3700$ but they can sorted out for me to pay 650$ each month for next six months.
After first payment I ask them to provide me a proof of my application and they said you have to pay first three months to get that(very convenient for them).When I told them I don't want to go ahead with my application because I don't trust the process anymore,the lady on the phone she get angry and she said just pay and will be fine,I don't know who in this world will pay 3700$ for promises,and to confirm all the above, after several emails when I ask them to refund me what I paid,nobody answer me even now after 1 month ,a trusted company will never treat the customers in such a bad way.
Don´t waste your money!
After the initial 39Dollar, they ask you for 3000 Dollars! And they want you to pay on the phone, with no written offer in your hand. And of course you have to buy immediatly, because time is running up!
This is proabably the oldest trick in the book!
I am so satisfied with this company and especially I want to say thank you to Miss Julia who always did the best possible not only to do her job but also to please clients who sometimes can be a pain in the you know. ;) ... She was always confident to help me even though I annoyed her with double texts. Shout out to Mr. Mark from Finance too. So genuine. He had listened to my problems and advised me with win-win solutions. I had a problem and wasn't sure if it could be dissolved - Mr. Mark gave detail-oriented recommendations which I never could thought of! Also, shout out to Miss Natali who helped me when I had questions about my problem and reached out to her. She replied immediately and gave me too satisfying and helpful answers. And shout out to the Customer Service Team and everyone else in this company. I can vouch for that they care about their clients and are intented to help you! I am so glad to have found them and definitely would recommend this company to others !!!

Already reported to the Federal Trade Commission!
They call you at a time which is in the middle of the night in New York. They are very friendly in the beginning and they are talking a lot. You don't have time to think. They feel that you are not sure and they give you a "discount" of 50%. Only for you, to help you. But they want you to pay the money immediatly. Because you will receive the discount only now.
You CAN'T get a refund after!!! They won't pay anything back even if you canceled the same day. In Europe this is against the law and illegal!!!
Don't trust them!

If you are our client you can just contact us and we will solve any problem you have, no need to do it over the internet.
Good company, applied for a Visa last year, and got it with their help.
