Very good communication and speedy delivery

Well, where to begin? I want to say THANK YOU for your help and your recommendation to contact Dave and the folks at TP Fay. They have been EXTREMELY patient with me and have fabricated and delivered a working solution for my expensive Italian oven. The replacement element was delivered yesterday, and today my wife and I installed and turned on the unit, and it appears to be working well!!!

When you think about it, this was such an improbable path to actually find a solution for something the original manufacturer simply walked away from.

Thanks for all your help, Thanks for your patience in helping me, Thanks for referring me to Dave and his team who have been incredibly awesome and patient as well.

We needed custom industrial heaters for a machine using exotic process fluid, Jamie was a pleasure to work with and beyond helpful in creating a spec we were happy with. Once we were ready to order, the units arrived very quickly, were made exactly to the agreed spec, and quoted cheaper than anybody else who could supply something similar. The heaters have worked perfectly since they were fitted and we have no complaints whatsoever, start to finish.

Worst sales man ever, but absolutely top bloke.. told me exactly what i needed, where to get it from and how much it would cost.

Jamie is a peasure to deal with and he is also highly knowledgeable. He's definitely the number one expert when it comes to immersion heaters, and is always happy to give his advice. 100% recommended!

Problem solving for three obsolete French space heaters, each with two tiny (failed) 250 Watt elements - discussion revealed that lateral thinking is not dead! Two 'U' shaped elements could / maybe be replaced by a 'W' shaped item. This would require a little creative work on some refractory brick, using an angle grinder fitted with a small diameter (worn out) wheel. I was very pleased to receive this advice, based on years of experience, that would save hundreds of pounds - three new heaters complete would have been £750. We’re delighted with our new set of custom-built immersion heaters for our Genio still, they’re beautifully made and superbly engineered. Jamie is such a pleasant chap to do business with, giving us plenty of advice and producing the finished articles without any fuss … and at a more attractive price than that of the original supplier! We sent him the old right-hand one and from that he created a new set (left-hand also) very quickly. They have managed to come up with a solution for an immersion that is now obsolete and were very helpful.

Really good experience with this company. They were able to find the part we needed to get our brewery back up and running quickly. We were able to collect same day. Definitely keeping hold of their details for the next time we have issues. When they say they like local breweries they don't lie as it's shown in their service.

Jamie is great, very good communication and managed to provide a solution to a very urgent breakdown.
Leadtime was more than halved after stressing the urgency and it turned up almost a whole week early after Jamie pulled some strings.
