I’m sorry but the experience of dealing with you has left a lot to be desired ,ie a change of flights,on our original booking it was shown that our flight from Auckland was depart22/03/27 now told that it’s to be depart the 23/3/27 which means we are loosing a whole day of sightseeing which is a bit upsetting

Thank you for taking the time to reach out regarding your holiday booking experience with us. I do apologise for any confusion that may have been caused here, as there seems like there may have been some mis-communication with regards to your international flights.
As part of the original reservation we had for you, we expected you to depart New Zealand on the 22nd of March, connecting on your way to Japan - most likely via Singapore or similar - and then arriving on the 23rd. However, when we were actually making the flight reservation on your behalf we were able to confirm a direct flight connection with no stopover at no additional cost to you, giving you a much more desirable flight plan.
While you are correct your flight is now departing on the 23rd of March, you are still arriving in Japan on the 23rd exactly as you originally booked.

Having budgeted and saved for my…
Having budgeted and saved for my holiday on a restricted income became a nightmare after receiving the first payment and balance summary, having paid the deposit to find and extra payment of $2600 for my airfare as another payment which to my knowledge was not declared at time of booking. Also on the flight info was stated I leave NZ on 22/03/27 and arrive in Tokyo on 23/03/27 again another change to flying out on 23/03/27 so we miss a whole day sight seeing in Tokyo as we are now put on a day flight and arrive too late that day for sightseeing - most disappointing. The sums didn't add up also on payment summary.
My experience with your company was not transparent or seemless and unfortunately I would not recommend to friends or family and the only reason we are continuing on with this holiday is we loose our deposit of $3050 which we are not willing to donate to Imagine Cruising

Last Minute Holiday
Robyn and I had booked a month-long Mediterranean cruise for later this year. Last Sunday good friends of ours decided to come with us. Viran was contacted on Monday pm and by about 8:30p she had it all booked and paid for including flights and additional hotel nights.

Ultimate Turkey Tour and Mediterranean Cruise
Everything was superb. Viran made the booking process easy. She answered all our questions and nothing was a problem for her to arrange for us. Her recommendations were very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to book with her and Imagine Cruising again. The trip was fantastic. Our guide in Turkey named Eren was amazing. Turkey is so interesting and the tour covered so many of the main places of interest. Eren has so much knowledge and was such an energetic and informative guide. It was great that their staff handling a particular area were actually from the area and able to handle every situation. There were representatives at every hotel and airport. The tours were awesome and service fantastic.
Transport was very nice as well.
Went on a Japan cruise in March and couldn't fault them. Only thing that let them down is if you hadn't cruised before they could of told you to prebook the boat tours on the cruise site.
Will travel with them again.

Fabulous cruise
From the very beginning, right until the end, everything happened just as it should have.
This was a spontaneous purchase of a Cruise around South Africa.
It was our 1st EVER Cruise
Our 1st EVER time of going to South Africa
And possibly, more importantly, the 1st EVER time I've used a travel agent (although we travel abroad a lot, normally I do all the bookings myself).
EVERY SINGLE THING happened just as it should have, from pick up at airport to drop off at cruise terminal.
I can't praise Viran highly enough.

Again, I would like to apologise for the difficulty you experienced with your transfer service in Sydney. It has been referred to our travel partners for correction as it is certainly not the service we want or expect for our passengers.
I also think it is important to acknowledge that as soon as we were made aware of the issues that took place, we also provided you with a full reimbursement of the expense that you were put to from the transfer leaving early as well as offered you an additional Future Holiday Voucher for the difficulty that you were put to.
It is of course incredibly regrettable that this was the start to your holiday package, but I can assure you that we did everything in our power to assist you as soon as we were made aware.
