What made my experience at image gang really special was I came solo and I’ve been wanting to do something different for ages and the ladies where absolutely amazing defo coming back again for some more ankle bracelets and making some more sentimental pieces ❤️

I had an amazing time at the jewellery workshop! The whole team at image gang are so welcoming and offered help every step of the way! Isabelle is so sweet and incredible at her job. I’m absolutely going to keep going to the workshops in future and encourage anyone to book!!

Bought a pair of gold creole earrings about 4years ago and their only beginning to tarnish now, I’ve worn them everyday so impressed for £20

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Their communication is horrific, they state on their website that their jewellery does not tarnish, I brought a necklace and it tarnished within 2 days of wearing it. It changed my neck colour and the actual jewellery itself turned black. I messaged Image Gang on Instagram and they said if you send us an email we’ll send a replacement, this was back in June! Since then they have ignored all further messages and emails. I would not even bother purchasing anything from this company and if you do like their jewellery just reverse image search it on AliExpress and that’s where they get it from anyways! Their jewellery is on AliExpress for £2/£3 and it’s the same exact thing, don’t waste your time or money on this shambolic company!

They just don’t send the items.
Nobody is answering on the e-mails, instagram page, I’m not sure if I will ever receive them. My order number #28073 is still on pending after being paid more than a week ago

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered an item OVER 2 weeks ago that was reported to be “lost by Evri”. After emailing the owner Isabelle she reported that she had re-sent my item by a “recorded next day delivery” and provided me with no tracking one week later. After another four days passed, with still no item and no further replies to my emails I was forced into obtaining a refund via PayPal. This evidently proves that Isabelle never sent the item as she reported. As a small business owner myself I am absolutely disgusted at the way this was handled. Do not trust this person, she’s more than happy to scam you but refuses to provide the goods. I wonder if my parcel ever made it to the Evri shop in the first place…..

High quality, affordable pieces, I’ve been a customer since before IG blew up and they’ve always been consistently great with customer service, prompt deliveries etc. I recently misplaced my woman pendant I purchased from them and thought I’d check if they still stock them, low n behold they’re on a hiatus! I forgot all about it, I can’t wait for their relaunch😢😩

Pretty upset over last few years I have spent hundreds with image gang. Since the owner has released she is stepping back from the business they continued to take money and sell items that they then have not sent. I have emailed and messaged to no avail. Its really sad and disappointing tbh

I’m very upset and will never be buying from Image Gang again.
I know this is a one person business, so I let it go on my first order. I ordered again on Zalando or ASOS which went great. But now this is my third purchase and second time buying on the official website, I don’t get my order, and I don’t even get to ask for my money back.

I don’t even want their stuff from any other site.
Image Gang is just robbing me to my face, and I see I’m not the only one.

I still haven't received my order. I contacted them 8 days ago and haven't heard anything ever since :(

Image Gang make the best jewellery, I have about 6 pairs of earrings and every single pair is made with amazing quality. From the design to delivery the entire process is amazing. I would never buy from anywhere else.

Been buying from Image Gang for a long time! Consistently amazing products that are high quality and extremely durable, worn necklaces in the shower, to the gym etc and still in amazing condition! Shipping always fast, excellent brand and customer service too. Highly recommend.

I now buy all my jewellery from Image Gang- it’s so so well priced for the quality of the items you get- I’ve had some of necklaces for a few years and they have never tarnished. I get so many compliments on them. Also, the stuff always arrives next day even though I don’t pay for next day delivery which is confusing but great service… and all packaging biodegradable. The crystal necklaces are my favourite. Actually amazing brand for the prices.

This is the second pair of earrings that I’ve brought that this has happened to. Completely tarnished after 2 wears. Do not recommend. I purchased the earrings through ASOS but have been told by ASOS that they seem to have received a faulty batch from Image Gang. Contacted Image Gang about this previously and told to go through ASOS…. Regardless, awful quality and will not be buying again.

So shady. Honestly the worst - avoid at all costs. Spent over £100 on items for myself and gifts. First issue was that one item wouldn’t arrive until after Christmas - fine. 3 weeks later I chased them to find out when it would come and conveniently was shipped out that day. I wanted to return 2 anklets that were far too big (quality of everything was also terrible) but waited until I received the remainder of my order incase I needed to return that too and wasn’t paying for return postage twice for items from the same order. Was advised I could only receive a refund for the item that arrived 3 weeks late…
Paid return postage and provided proof - conveniently they ‘didn’t receive it’. All round really poor experience and customer service came across very unprofessional. Absolutely won’t be buying from them again and do not recommend at all.

Great quality jewellery, the earrings not only look great but they are so comfortable. Their communication is great, they couldn’t be more helpful. Great company, now my go to brand

Not sure about the reviews that claim the products tarnish, as I’ve ordered several times with no issues...? Anyway. Don’t hesitate - buy now and support an awesome brand.

So bad, I bought a necklace that completely rusted after few months and lost the playboy charm who was obviously not fixed correctly. Never again !

I’ve always had great experiences shopping with ImageGang. On one recent occasion, I received a faulty pair of earrings. Customer service were quick to respond and solve this issue by sending me a replacement pair. Love this brand and what they stand for and I continue to have only good experiences with them, even after experiencing an issue with my purchase.
