The coffee is great, delivery poor
The coffee is great, I’ve had a few orders now and will order again. For my last order I was disappointed with the quality of the packaging - the box had obviously taken quite a few knocks in transit and been taped by the courier… taped so much that only the postcode could be seen… it was delivered to a neighbour by and unfortunately a bag of coffee had split inside… I’m still finding beans all over the place a week later…

Very smooth buying and drinking!
Very smooth buying process. Beans are top notch. Taste better than anything I have found on the high street/supermarket. Great you can get whole beans, freshly ground and finely ground. For all different tastes. And sometimes I don’t fancy grinding my own.

Amazing decaf coffee
Great choice with clear description of the taste and strength of the different varieties. Easy to order and extremely quick despatch and delivery.
Perfect decaffeinated coffee with an amazing taste. So this gorgeous coffee I would say is the best I've tasted. I haven't enjoyed a coffee this much in such a long time.. I've already ordered the next pack to make sure I don't run out.

Just places a 2nd, larger order after being delighted with the first order. I’ve just run out and feel somewhat sad that I didn’t have the foresight to place the order a few days ago and must now wait a few more for the wonderful decaf from I Love Decaf.
