Iloans is a place of constant harassment , they will message you multiple times a day . Demanding " pay your loan now or we will contact your employer on contacts" all this harassment goes against Consumer and Corprate affairs Canada. Anymore than 3 contacts in 7 day is considered harassment , contacting your employer auto do anything g more than verify employment is unlawful, contacting your contacts more than one time to do anything other than verify your address is also unlawful. Iloans is corrupt , unlawful amd very horrible cust6serbice. Losing your job is no reason. To be late for a payment according to them. Zero working with the customer at all.

Threatening texts, emails, etc. No ability to work with me to pay back.
Very unprofessional comments and after telling them my husband was laid off and not much to go around at the moment. My return message was...."Make your own way"..Like what is that even supposed to mean??? Leave my husband??? What a joke these people are...I told them when I can pay back they said "No you only have today "

This company is extremely rude not calling me by my first name. Saying Pay your debt on time to avoid recieving this kind of message. They are EXTREMELY rude and not professional

I would give minus stars if possible. The entire time I had a loan with this company, they would take the payment ls but the proceed to send daily emails, telling me I've missed payments when in fact I did not. They called me a child and threatened to call my work when in fact I was completely up to date. I've paid off my remaining balance so I will never,deal with this company again, as they also should try not to deal with people either

Sellers beware of buyers using iloan! They told one of their clients that they didn't have the financing 2 days before they were supposed to close on the house they were buying from us.

I was inquiring about a loan with the possibility of using one of my vehicles as collateral. With no other communication, a lien was immediately put on that vehicle. No papers signed, no vehicle inspection for monetary amount, no agreement whatsoever. They may be good, but never use collateral even when you inquire.

Great service and response time! I would recommend them if you are looking to consolidate some debt but don't have the credit parameters most lenders require. This has been a great process and will be of great benefit to me in reducing my monthly expenses. Thank you!
