Technical support is late in responding…
Technical support is late in responding and solving problems. I beg them to solve a problem on their own and they promised me that my number would be issued within minutes, but that did not happen unfortunately. They put me in a loop and delayed me a lot until now my problem has not been solved yet. Eveytime they reply me after almost 20 minutes. So, it`s totally worthless and timeless. Do not recommended to others.

To clarify, we do not provide a €10 test credit and have never offered that amount. We provide smaller test credits sufficient for initial testing. Additionally, to prevent fraud, we don't apply test credits automatically. However, we’ve now added your test credit manually.

About refunds, that's true, we don't offer refunds and we've mentioned that in Top Up page with bold text, just before recharging your account, our business model doesn't allow us to refund customers and I'm very sorry about that.
But we've never scammed anyone, we count more than 30000 users worldwide and terminate a lot of calls daily, mostly of them are happy customers, except some people who intend to use our platform for illegal purposes, they always fail and are unhappy, because we don't allow illegal activities in our platform and we & will block these customers immediately!
