Simon conducted a level 2 survey on the property we were looking to buy.
This was carried out promptly and we were kept informed through the process.
His report was extremely detailed, including photos, where necessary, to help explain his findings.
Followed up by a 'post survey' telephone discusdion, to go over points raised and answer any questions.
Very knowledgeable in this area.

The report we had back was an extremely in depth survey of the property and we are more than happy with the services provided.
