My family has ordered 2 collections of their special editions (the Gideon the 9th collection & T. Kingfisher novels). Both have been remarkably well done and the price of a normal hardback. The value and service have been incredible.

Great service, I had a book that was wrongfully sent back by the courier, they resolved the issue. Thanks to Hannah from illumicrate i get sent my replacement book soon.

2 out of the 3 boxes I have received have had a damaged book in them! Huge scratches down the cover. The first time there was great customer service but not the second time. I put in a ticket to show them a few weeks ago and never heard anything back! I don’t want to stay with their service if all the books are going to arrive damaged. It’s a shame because I am enjoying all the other items!

The boxes are amazing and they honestly chose the best books! This is the best website to have a subscription because of the variety of genres they include and have.

I’ve dealt with their customer service twice, and it’s always slapped. This week specifically they got back to me within an hour to solve my password reset issue. They’re super kind and just a fantastic company.

Incredible service! I’ve had 4 monthly book boxes from them now and they’ve always been amazing quality products and gorgeous books! Even if every item hasn’t been perfect for me, they have all been products I’ve been in awe of!
My last order was unfortunately missing an item (it was a small coin so I can understand how it got accidentally missed in packing), so I emailed them and the team got back to me within the day and are sending out a replacement item! I just bought the Andrew Joseph White collection from Illumicrate and I was absolutely blown away with how incredible the set it, the colours are super saturated, the art work is out of this world. I’ve had boxes in the past too and they have always been top of the line. Will always recommend!
