Cant Praise them enough, getting ILA from them was a really good experience. My property transaction was quite complicated, needed to do few things quite urgently, Tim from ILA has helped me alot to get urgent appointments and sort out things quite quickly. Their online system to upload documents is one of the best I have seen, quite easy to understand and use. Lastly they are cost efficient as well.

i was told if i paid before 3pm i would…
i was told if i paid before 3pm i would recieve same day post to arrive next day . i phoned the next day and the post had forgotten to be sent , i didnt even get an offer of partial refund and i am now on holiday, this has cost me another months interest on a bridging loan due to this .

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that, after you were advised your paperwork would be sent that day, an administrative oversight meant it missed the postal collection.
We were able to arrange your ILA appointment for the following day, reflecting the rapid service we aim to provide. The appointment took place at 2pm, with payment received shortly before the afternoon postal cut-off. We successfully achieve same-day dispatch in the great majority of cases and always endeavour to do so, but it cannot be guaranteed, particularly following a mid-afternoon appointment where the remaining dispatch window is very limited.
We fully appreciate that any delay during a property transaction is frustrating. However, independent legal advice forms only one part of the wider mortgage completion process and, in these circumstances, we do not consider it fair to attribute an entire additional month’s bridging interest solely to the paperwork missing that day’s post.
We have nevertheless reviewed what happened and strengthened our dispatch checks to reduce the possibility of a recurrence. Our aim remains to make obtaining ILA as quick, smooth and dependable as possible.

We had issues with paperwork required from our lender but with support and constant action from the team we finally received the documents, set up the ILA call a few hours later on the same day and completed everything. I appreciate the email afterwards to advise about the postal service

Had a very efficient engagement with ILA connect, I was able to choose a solicitor in no time and upload the documents required for a director guarantee on their portal which is very well managed. Got the required advice and documents, only issue was with Royal Mail delivery, which was delayed but it wasn’t ILA connect’s fault. Very happy with their service.
