No instructions on Bluetooth online
I didn't like the the website because it didn't have the instructions of how to connect your Bluetooth if they had instructions on the website will be much easier

Delivered on time , dent on one corner , but ok when assembled, which was quite easy.
Go with another company, IHome clearly doesn't care about their customers, it's all about volume of sales, their bottom line. They'll refuse to answer any of your emails they're so arrogant and unpleasant to deal with. I emailed them 3 times about product support and warranty service which they never bothered to respond to in any shape or form...
Yesterday on the A90 at 15:25 an iHome van was speeding (I was doing 70 and not about to break the speed limit) and drove aggressively into the back of us as if they were going to ram us twice. I had baby on board stickers displayed. My child was on board.
When I was able to move over I did and they were doing at least 90mph.
You need to care about the image this projects on your company. You need to care about the lives of other people.
Purchased a speaker, which suffered a software malfunction within a week.
Due to them being in the USA and myself being in the UK, it was uneconomical for me to send it at my own cost for repair.
Emailed support asking to be sent the firmware file so I could restore the unit myself (I am fairly good at tech) and they refused.
Really disappointed and won't purchase another iHome product again, which is a shame as while the product worked it sounded extremely good.
Warning - if you aren't in the USA, you'll end up buying a glorified paperweight.
