I used the platform for interview preparation and had a Frontend System Design mock interview with Manny while preparing for my interview process.

The experience was really helpful. The session felt realistic, the feedback was practical, and I got several specific suggestions that I later used in real interviews. Some of those points were even positively mentioned by the actual interviewer.

I signed up for a couple of services, but found that I could schedule on short notice with coaches here, and so I could fit them into my prep tactically as I needed help and had time. And I could pay for one session at a time.

I found two coaches that I will go back to for different things now in the future.

The coaches will give you short tactical help between your sessions too. It becomes a relationship, but one that you can pay for as you need it.

This is an absolutely amazing platform to get interview practice with hiring managers or employees working directly at the company you're interviewing for. Highly recommend this service, and totally worth it. Wish I knew of this before

It's a great platform that makes industry professionals accessible to everyone. I have been taking sessions there which has helped me get through some interesting and difficult interviews.

Original issue: The company switched from a per-session model to a credit system, and one of my four remaining sessions was effectively lost in the conversion. It took some back and forth to reach a resolution, but the refund was handled quickly once things got moving.

The coaches are good and I'd still recommend them for interview prep. Just keep an eye on any policy changes if you're buying sessions in advance.
